Is this your day to crawl out of the woodwork and attack people?

Or do you have something cogent to add to this discussion?

Yep!

Thank you.

My opinion of you is starting to set in concrete.

Have a nice day.

Like your brain. Now go away and talk to somebody else, maybe somebody who likes you. We have no time for each other and have finished with the high school bully routine so let it lie and so will i.

Why don't you try the Pity Party routine? It's worked before.

Love me, I have cancer. :hearts:

You know what, Jacko? You ever been around some of the bravest of the cancer victims? The kids that have cancer? The ones staring death in the face?

The ones that just want to be kids, and the only time they make a fuss about their illness is when it gets in the way of something that they want to do?

I've been around sick folks most of my adult life. Most of them are brave, courageous souls, who probably would be ashamed to wander onto a general internet forum such as this, or the OCR, and even mention the disease, except in passing.

Go cry on somebody else's shoulder mate, or grow some testicles. A large part of living well, is dying well. It happens to all of us.

Suck it up, and soldier. :puke: [/QUOTE]
Jolly,

Please explain to us the difference between the Larry's references to his condition in this thread, and any description WI gave in this thread. They were both made in the context of the discussion, and neither WI or Larry were particularly asking for sympathy.
Your "pity party" suggestion would apply as much to Larry as it would to WI. Why did you not make a similar suggestion to Larry?

The founding of the bulk of the world's nation states post 1914 is based on self-defined nationalisms. The bulk of those national movements involve territory that was ethnically mixed. The foundation of many of those nation states involved population movements in the aftermath. When the only one that is repeatedly held up as unjust and unjustifiable is the Zionist project, the term anti-semitism may very well be appropriate. - P*D

Beating a Dead Horse
Dakota tribal wisdom says that when you discover you are riding a dead horse, the best strategy is to dismount. However, in business we often try other strategies with dead horses, including the following:

1. Buying a stronger whip.
2. Changing riders.
3. Say things like, "This is the way we have always ridden this horse."
4. Appointing a committee to study the horse.
5. Arranging to visit other sites to see how they ride dead horses.
6. Increasing the standards to ride dead horses.
7. Appointing a tiger team to revive the dead horse.
8. Creating a training session to increase our riding ability.
9. Comparing the state of dead horses in todays environment.
10. Change the requirements declaring that "This horse is not dead."
11. Hire contractors to ride the dead horse.
12. Harnessing several dead horses together for increased speed.
13. Declaring that "No horse is too dead to beat."
14. Providing additional funding to increase the horse's performance.
15. Do a Cost Analysis study to see if contractors can ride it cheaper.
16. Purchase a product to make dead horses run faster.
17. Declare the horse is "better, faster and cheaper" dead.
18. Form a quality circle to find uses for dead horses.
19. Revisit the performance requirements for horses.
20. Say this horse was procured with cost as an independent variable.
21. Promote the dead horse to a supervisory position.

Sadomasochisticnecrobestiality.
The problem with having an open mind is that people keep trying to put things in it.

If you guys are going to continue with this, may I request you take it to PM's so the rest of us don't have to put up with it?

Wacki, either defend yourself with some dignity and start pointing out examples or hit the road.

Regarding people being sick...I hope you all realize that there are people in here that I know of personally who have (and have had) some serious medical problems that they have to deal with (and have dealt with), but do not bring it up. It's personal.

P.S. Peggy...I love your recent posts in this thread!! Keep 'em coming!

Wacki, it's something you learn when you're here for more than two seconds. It also helps to turn down your own voice, and listen.
