Frankly, if Rose is never coming back, I'd rather see Bombshell get developed a little than see Conner or Bart return. Not only Do I find them both rather boring, but they will always be around and find the spotlight somewhere. I always liked the titans books because they let some of the other characters, who's origins aren't tied with the big DC families, shine and come into their own. Characters who don't alwas get a chance in other book because they aren't from Gotham or Krypton or so forth. That's what I loved about the new Teen Titans, gave you lots of new heroes all with different back stories and points of origin. It made things fresh with all the non-sidekicks.
My guess is that it will turn into a theme comic with a rotating cast of like-genre characters like Action and Detective comics are. |

Check the first post, folks; the cover for the issue's changed. I like it a hell of a lot better too. |

I like it too, but with Conner, Bart, and Cassie in the front, it kinda does reel in our guess that this series is turning into a YJ group. |

Yeah, but let's not kid ourselves. This books been a heavy YJ book right from the start. Geoff's run pre-OYL was mostly Young Justice most of the time, guest starring the Wolfman Titans. Gar and Raven got some screen time, but Star was gone before doing, well, anything, and Cy was mostly window dressing despite being in the title the longest of the Wolfman set. After Geoff left, the book focused mostly on Wonder Girl and Robin, with Rose being the second most prominent. So it's not like anything's really changing. |

This one doe s look better, but part of that is because the first one wasn't a finished product. But this one will probably end up as a cover for one of the trade collections. Sometimes there are just too many "all the members of the team charging foreward" covers |

I can agree with that. Nine times out of ten they're homaging the first New Teen Titans issues cover. It does get tiresome, but if it ain't broke... |

Actually i feel like its worse for the Teen titans than any other teams. Two reasons, one being like you said--to make a homage to the original cover. The other being the fact that we constantly have team shake-ups, so every few months we needs new team cover just to show everyone who's on the team for this cycle. |

That is exactly it. In Fact, Henderson's run started with another cast raushing forward cover. Kinda impressive that in less than 10 issues, the roster has changed enough to merit another one |

Even more impressive when you consider that in the last two years, we've had six or seven of those kind of covers. "Introducing the New, New, New, New, New, New, New, New, New, New Teen Titans!" |
| Supporter of the following ships: (TT) BB/R, Rob/Star, Cy/Jinx, Matt Logan/Bette Kane; (non-TT) Tenchi/Ryoko, Ataru/Lum, Marcus/Susan, Adric/Nyssa, Crichton/Aeryn, Xander/Buffy, Rick Hunter/Lisa Hayes, Paul/Saylah, Harper/Rommie, Keiichi/Belldandy, McGee/Abby | |

We have? This is only the third one I can remember in the past couple years. Sean McKeever's run didn't have any I could recall, though right before his started, Geoff had one by Tony Daniel at the end of "Titans Around the World". Sticking to just the past two years there's only been this one, the one for #75 and the one for the Teen Titans annual that kicked off Deathtrap. Granted, that's still way too many. |

Preview of this weeks issue. http://www.newsarama.com/php/multimedia/album.php?aid=35531 Bombshell really annoys the hell out of me. Well, she always has, really. But bloody hell, enormous ego? Judgemental much? Superboy's been back on the team maybe eight minutes and she's calling HIS ego big. Between Wonder Girl and Bombshell, the team will never need another person to fill their bitchiness quota again. God dammit Gar's boots are gone again; I swear this is really beginning to piss me off. |

Is anyone else annoyed with the fact that their ship is T-shape, kinda like how nearly everything in the AS is???? Plus that Gar seems to be more focused on Raven then anything else. I mean, I know that was our goal from the get-go, but if Gar's tryin to be prove he's a good leader, he's gotta show some concern for the rest of the team.
Sorry, dude. But.....yay. |

He's not the leader though. Cassie is. And she's done a shitty job of it at that.
Jesus; I must be the only person who thinks Gar looks like a retard running around heroing with no shoes on. Whatever. It's not like any of them look particularly intelligent right now. |

First off, Hurray for Gar turning into and Andean Condor (so much cooler than a fake animal) However the nerd in me must say that although they could concievably lift a person, someone of Vic's weight would be way off... That's about the last good thing i have to say about this preview. I can't stand how childish she writes Gar. He would try and focus on getting Raven back first, but he can take a hint. After the first time no one listened to him, he would keep whining about it, he would give up on them and try something on his own... Bombshell didn't seem too bad to me, but oh well. Probably because I liked her making fun of Conner.
Now you gotta cut loose, Footloose. Kick off your sunday shoes... |

Even so, he's more obsessive over Raven then I would've wanted, like nothing else matters to him. Which would seem okay, but we want his priorities as a hero and a team player strait as well.
Again, sorry dude. Truthfully, my opinion on the "shoe or die" subject is a bit mixed. The boots look nice, but only as long as we have a detailed illustrator to show some shoe grips or that fact that there boots and not part of the one piece suit. On the other hand, the footless deal only works when they add in some feral-ness, like the long leg hair and clawed feet, like they did in #76. |
