So I just beat it Sunday and have been playing the multiplayer a lot and running through the single player for achievements and what not lately. I wanted to do a review on it simply because I enjoyed it so much. It really is a good game despite some people's complaints about the story and multiplayer and I believe it's definitely worth a buy. Or at LEAST a rent.

Oh, and this is my first video game "review" since I mostly do software reviews, so comments are quite welcome. =3

Also, post your thoughts, reviews, or ideas for a future game here. We don't have a F.E.A.R. thread on TBRS as far as I can tell.

This games pretty bitchin'.

One thing I couldn't help thinking by the end of the game was that the main character of the third game would need to be the Point Man. That would be a stroke of genius to have him be Alma's greatest enemy, considering who he is. Besides that, Becketts nowhere near as awesome.

While I love this game, I have to say that I think the first game had more shocker, freaky moments than this one. This game had some moments of sheer horror brilliance, but they felt too few and far between. The first one generally kept the tension up for pretty much all of the game; if you weren't being run down by Alma you were facing down groups of Replica's whom were smarter than typical video game enemies.

This game's multiplayer, however, is just insanely fun.

I really need to do a review of the first game soon, then the second one.
