![]() Written by Bryan Miller and Sean McKeever: Art and Cover by Joe Bennett and Jack Jadson Thirty pages of story content! In the first feature, Wonder Girl's leadership is put to the test as the team faces the all-new Fearsome Five! In the debut of the 10-page co-feature, Ravager goes solo for the first time, continuing her descent into darkness begun in TERROR TITANS. DC Universe | 40pg. | Color | $3.99 US | On Sale June 24, 2009 ------------ Well, so much Rose's return. Well, at least we get to see Jinx as she should be and not that goth reject that Glen made for the AS. |

I liked the pink hair in the AS version, but it was way too goth, like Raven sadly. I like that DC is adding pages to justify the price increase. It makes it feel like less of a slap in the face in this economy. Marvel's content with kicking you in the face by charging four bucks for the same story content you always get. Make mine DC, thanks. |

AS Jinx was interesting, I'll admit. But comparing that to her comic alter-ego, your leaved wondering: "how the hell they miss that."
More scans for us.

I felt that way about the whole damn series, honestly. I liked the AS Jinx's character arc in the fifth season, but aside from that she didn't really do much. Which is sadly the case for much of the series. But this is moot by this point.
Yup. My favorite co-feature by far is the one going in Booster Gold. I was bummed that Blue Beetle was cancelled. Well now I don't have to worry; he's getting a ten page backup feature in Booster Golds title and it's even written by Matt Sturges. Golden. |

Rose! No! What are you doing? D: I did like Jinx in the animated series, but seeing her in the comics there seemed to be almost no connection between them. I did catch up on this series, and it seems to be (hesitantly) back to good. Cassie's pleasant now that Tim's gone (weird to be glad that he's gone, since I do very much miss old Tim), Eddie and Jamie are amusing, Miss Martian's back and her and Eddie are being adorkable BFF's...Though I still wonder if they're going to do a MM/Eddie/Rose triangle. I tentatively like where it seems to be right now. |
