It's a crossover between Teen Titans and Titans. It kicks off in the Teen Titans Annual coming next month. We don't have a lot of details other than that. We don't know how it's structured, who's writing what and all that.

Looks like Nightwing may be taking a sabbatical from the team to deal with all the Battle for the Cowl stuff. Works for me; I'm sure he'll be back before long. DC can't seem to have a Titans team not led by Batspawn.

It would make sense, Tim seems to be doing the same in TT #69.

Well, until then, looks like Vic's back in charge.

Pretty much everyone heavily Bat related has been pulled, if only temporary, from their outside connections. It looks like Tim may be taking time away from the Teen Titans, Nightwing might take a break from Titans, Birds of Prey is ending which free's up Oracle and Huntress. Tim and Dick will likely be back in short order, with Tim possibly in a new identity.

Either him or Gar. Though Vic is more likely considering how Gar's last stint as leader went. Besides that, I couldn't possibly see Winick using Gar maturely enough to be leader.

After taking a look it seems that the writer change has been made with Winick to Mckeever on this issue. Before looking at it, I thought that this was a sweet deal ('cause I like his work with the Teen Titans), but it went down hill after seeing how he deals with Gar.

Meh, whatever. Good thing I'm not wasting money on this series right now. Because that just killed my last bit of interest in it.

Oh, DL. Don't bale now. Raven's just lying through her teeth again for Gar's protection. Course this is getting repetitive.

Sorry. It's just frustrating. I could really use some good shippy news for once. I've been bummed enough about comics with Bruce Wayne currently gone.

We'll see how it goes, I guess.

*Sigh* Yea, I guess. Well, here's to hope both come out of DeathTrap okay and that Sean and Marv work on getting them back together. I pretty confident. With Raven's teacher stating that Romeo and Juliet's "fate of their love was sealed" while Gar was getting Raven's attention, that kinda gives out some sort of foreshadowing, doesn't it.

I think they'll get back together. It's just more of a matter of me not really needing this sort of disappointment right now. Maybe it's a bit childish, but whatever.

If there's one bit of praise I can heap on this series, however, it's that I like how they've been structuring things so far. We get an arc, then a downtime issue or two, then an arc, then a downtime issue. I like that. Usually you get enough downtime issues in an ongoing anymore.

Eh, definetly drama. If anything its them trying to drag all this out further. Raven is lying to Gar to protect him... oh crap... guys I've just gotten a fan fic vibe from that. Is that wrong?

In any case it s temporary... although the whole damn thing reeks of potential "Drama for the sake of drama" and there was the whole "I've read this in a fanfic somewhere" vibe I just got.

If any, they'll probably end this "drama over drama" crap after Deathtrap or O&O.

Well its not so much a review of the movie as it is a commentary on the intro I saw.

Anyway, the plot thread is familiar from fanfiction, Beast Boy likes Raven, Raven likes Beast Boy, BB makes move, Raven rejects him because she's a time bomb, evil ancient monster thing threatens world, will they won't they, awesome make out by the end of it.

Its traditional, nothing wrong with it as long as people mix it up, but thats the vibe I'm getting.
