So, we all knew it was coming. But there was no topic about it. So I figured why no? Personaly, I'm looking forward to this movie. Why? Because...
Deadpool will, in fact, be in this movie. If he breaks the fourth wall a couple times, that's just icing on the cake.

I hear tell that the trailer for this will be before The Day The Earth Stood Still.

I'm totally there! :awesome:

Seriously though, I might just go see this movie if I can talk anyone into going.

I'll probably end up going to see this. I like Hugh Jackman as Wolverine. Also, the mere mention of Gambit basically had me sold right off the bat. Deadpool is just icing on the cake.

Hopefully it turns out alright. I'm not filled with a lot of confidence after the debacle that was X3.

Different director this time, so it shouldn't be as bad as X3

Gavin Hood is definitly not Brett Ratner, but then again, he doesn't really have much filmography under his belt. Even so, this movie should be good.
Remy and Wade in the same??? Well, there's one of my dreams come true. My only concern is Wade isn't disfigured in this movie, or fully costumed.
Now, da Blob, THAT was unexpected.

Well, this is supposed to be the Weapon X years, before the X-Men films, so I think it's probably okay that Deadpool's not disfigured yet. He could easily be explained as having been disfigured later in the program or later in life. Simple out if they continue the franchise.

Or they could just have Wolverine disfigure him. As long as by the end of the movie he's wearing a mask I'm golden.

They could disfigure him in so many way's it's not even funny. Grenade goes off nearby and wrecks his face. Wolverine does a bit of cutting work with his claws. Fireball to the face.

They just need to do it at some point in the film. Here's hoping they were smart enough to.

Ha. Finally a trailer without the screaming fanboy/girl audience.

OK, more syked then before now. I just wish Tyler Mane was back playing Greed again, but from what Jackman said about Liev Schreiber, he had a competitive streak necessary to portray Sabretooth.

Is that some Deadpool I see 40 seconds into that video?

I quite like the look of it from what I can see. Gambit seems pretty good and I definitely saw a Staff Slam or two in the trailer.

Having now seen that trailer, my mind is a bit more at ease. After X3, I was worried this wasn't going to turn out very well. It looks like I may be wrong and happily so.

I like the look of the guy they got to do Gambit. He looks pretty good in the part. I just wish we could have gotten a line or two from Gambit in the trailer. I'm hoping Gambit gets a good showing in this film and his own solo film spins out of it. Boy would that ever be good for the ol' cajun.

Didn't see much of Deadpool in there, sadly. They seem to be keeping him under wraps for now. Same for Gambit, though at the least we've now gotten a decent look at him.

I think I'm going to be going to see this when it hits.

#3 has a Deadpool line it it. It isn't much, but I'm not disappointed.

I saw a board up for it when I saw Madea goes to Jail. xDDD
When it comes out I want to see it because I always wanted to learn more about Wolverine's past. He is such a mystery =P

Always has been. A mystery Marvel drew out revealing for decades really. It wasn't until the Origins mini that we truly ended up learning where his true orgins lay; and that came out only a couple of years ago.

Seems this is going to detail the general start of Wolverine as we've known him in modern times though. Weapon X and all that. I'm mostly interested in how Gambit's going to fit in all this. Deadpool makes some sort of twisted sense, but I'm as much baffled now as I was when it was first announced as to how Gambit is going to fit into all things.

If this movie does good - as if it actualy wouldn't - I imagine we'll get a Deadpool and Gambit spinoff. In Gambit's case they've been toying with one for a while and the reaction upon the first shot of him was deafening. Deadpool's only just recently started getting a push outside comics; which I suspect may be leading to his own solo film.

Be interesting to see how they do that without Deadpool's "little yellow boxes."
