Doragon Boru Zetto Infinitto Waruuudooo!!!! Yes that's right, another DBZ game. They just won't stop xD But I ain't complaining though lol. Tons of mini games (yay!), Budokai 1 style cutscenes but much better graphics (yayy!), new characters (no apparently they haven't run out yet...yayyy!) and um...more! (I guess...yayyyyy!) Trailer: http://uk.ps2.ign.com/dor/objects/14275116...d=265uv3h7p6cxy Scheduled to be released in November. I hear this one is gonna be the last one for the PS2 >.> |

Vid wouldn't play for me. I'm gonna have to seek it out on some other site. They keep making the Dragonball Z games because it's really the only series Atari has rights to that they haven't consistantly ****ed up. They had a big scare over almost losing the rights about six months ago. They really can't afford to lose it or stop making them. Lucky for them, they're dependable sellers. XD Hopefully the story mode of this one is comprehensive. All the previous games never encompassed the whole story and such. Such is meh. |

Yeah, apparently sony's smart enough to realize that not all of us have the cash for the PS3 and they don't want to lose their old gamers entirely. |

Alright, I've played the game, not all of it yet but my God, did they even put any effort into this game? My rating, 4/10. At first I thought I was being too critical, but nope, I checked out some other reviews for the game, IGN gave it a 3.5/5, GamePro gave it a 2/5, Gamespot a 5/10 etc etc. Honestly, if you're a hardcore DBZ fan, you will have fun playing it; otherwise, don't even bother. Now I'm a big DBZ fan, but even I enjoyed it only a very small amount. The Game Play, terrible. Repetitive basically. All the same move, just one or two combinations changed. I was very fustrated by the dash. It just takes you a small amount further. I had to dash three to four times to just reach my oponent. Oh, and if you're gonna play this game, you better be quite adept with combat in all the other DBZ games, cuz in this one there is no training guide like in the previous games, and there's practically no Easy mode. There are four modes; Very Easy, Easy, Medium and Hard. And my God, the Very Easy mode...is not easy at all! It's such a major challenge. Seriously, it's just so...what the hell! The COMs are such persistent bitches! In the Mission mode, we have this map with a little Goku we can control to go around places. It's alright. The mini games, they were kinda fun, but too simplistic. The graphics were quite good though I'll admit. I'm not so good with game reviews so why not just check out the reviews Gamespot or IGN etc etc have left for it. Overall, meh, very dissapointed. You'd be better just playing Budokai 3 again. |
