My army of Chaos Zero Chao do not have mercy. But seriously. It wouldn't be the Final Hazard. It would be..................... the disasterous side of the Werewolf form gone wild and it's called....... the....... WereiHazard. Oh yeaaaaaaahhh.....

Realizing of course that Sonic and his werewolf counterpart are not separate entities. Okay, given that Eggman might have a machine that would separate them, but I just don't see that happening in this game. Again, we can't judge from a game that hasn't been released yet, but I really hope that this dragon creature Eggman summons will actually do what the good ol' doc says. |

With Chronichles coming..... a chao garden could be possible. Think. A chao garden in unleashed.... then a tiny garden in the DS RPG.... Just... think, But this is definately Sonic's year. If this game fails.... SEGA fails. If Brotherhood fails.... SEGA fails. If they both fail.... another one bites the dust. |

The possibility of Chronicles failing is small. Remember, it's being developed by BioWare. The only thing about it that I'm irked of is the fact that the battles are turn-based. Turn-based battles. In a Sonic game. When Sonic's all about speed. |

No, are you kidding? I'm speaking in the perspective of the general Sonic fan here. Nothing can be worse than Sonic 06. |

I can't watch this. I'm SOOOOOO mad. I can't because I don't have flash or FREAKIN' Adobe!!!!! Anyways, I'm sure it's pretty cool. And if the blue blur runs through canada at ALL I will worship this game. Canada would be great for this game. Robotnik has a factory disguised on the outside as a maple syrup factory and moose breeding centre. Sonic must stop the Robotnik. And the boss would be..... A GIANT CANADIAN ROBOT GOOSE! Okay. Feel free to worship me now. |

A giant Canadian robot goose. Well, I've heard crazier. XDDD Sonic Team said that levels were going to be based off of real world locations, specifically continents. Not sure about actual countries or cities, but... the first level is based off of a specific city in Greece, so... who knows? |

Okay. If it IS real cities, than make sure it's Arborg, Manitoba, Canada. Then, you would see me walking in the street, I get kidnapped, then Sonic has to save me from Robotnik's newest creation: EGG GOOSE: Canada Goose Robot of Doom! |

Let's not get carried away, Frungus. Sonic Team said the levels were going to be based off of real locations. I highly doubt they're going to place real famous people in there, let alone any specific citizens in real life. |

By specific citizens you mean everyone. By famous people, you mean me. Anyways, a cameo from Blaze in this game? A hot topic over on Gamespot forums. I think it's not possible, but you NEVER know with Sonic Team. And I swear. If there's a PARTY MODE I'll kill myself.... |

Look back at the fact sheet I posted earlier in this topic. There is no multiplayer whatsoever. I'm not sure about any other characters appearing in the game. Apart from Sonic and Eggman, as I've stated in the earlier fact sheet, Tails, Knuckles, and Amy have been confirmed to appear in the game. And Silver isn't going to be in this game. |

Some slightly new stuff about Sonic Unleashed. First off, there's a new magazine scan, featuring a nice 3D render of Sonic in a Swedish magazine called "LEVEL". http://www.campsonic.com/wp-content/galler...e/levelmag1.jpg The text translates to "Sega's back at home", and the magazine will have more information in their next issue on July 22nd, issue 28. Finally, Sonic's featured on the front cover of the official PlayStation 2 magazine for the UK. ![]() With an "exclusive" interview in the mag, which doesn't really have anything new about the game. Official PlayStation 2 Magazine UK has an interview with the producer of the game, Akinon Nishiyama. OPS2: What prompted you to return the Sonic series to its 2D roots? Was it something Sonic Team wanted to do, or was it more about fan feedback? AN: It is true that since Sonic turned into a 3D game, 2D Sonic gameplay was lost, which was a shame for the development team. So it was our strong desire to include both 2D and 3D to make a more complete game. OPS2: What kind of split is there between the 2D and 3D sections? AN: Although 3D areas and 2D areas are clearly divided, the transition takes place in a seamless and smooth movement of the camera. We are still deciding what the split will be between the sections. OPS2: Will there be any kind of free-roaming hub like there was in Sonic the Hedgehog (PS3/360), or is Unleashed set up in a classic Zone structure like the original games? AN: This time Sonic travels around the world and in the course of this, he visits villages and towns. The player can click on icons to talk to the villagers or get information, then move on to the action stages. OPS2: Are there any other familiar characters from the Sonic universe making an appearance in Unleashed, and if so, will you be able to play as them? AN: We might see some characters appear, but this time, it's based on solo adventure where Sonic tackles one task or another using his various abilities. That said, friends still play a big role for Sonic! OPS2: What role do Rings play in the game? Are they just collectibles, or do they have other uses? AN: If Sonic collects Rings at a certain pace, his speed will go up. If he successfully collects them without getting hit by enemies, he's able to run faster. Also, collecting Rings will enable Sonic to activate the Boost action to accelerate to his maximum speed in a flash. OPS2: Have you felt limited by the PS2 hardware during the game's development? Is there anything you might have to cut? AN: The PS2 version is designed to fit PS2. OPS2: For you, what is the best Sonic game ever made, and why? AN: Sonic Adventure, because it's kind of a festive game to which we threw in all the different elements. Also, the Sonic Rush series which pushed 2D Sonic to the next level and made it a high quality game. OPS2: Is Unleashed the future of Sonic games, or do you think the series will return to full 3D? AN: We hope to evolve the traditional Sonic game style to new generation, while establishing this as a whole new series with new possibilities. |

Sounds like a pretty by the numbers interview. But not all gamers frequent the internet like us, so I guess some people will get something out of it. |
