Hey, look what I found! A preview to DC's upcoming second animated feature called Justice League: New Frontier. Its based off the comic DC: New Frontier and follows the story of Hal Jordan, the first Green Lantern, and the beginning of the Justice League as it started out at the of the golden age and the start of the silver age. Being a Fifties-Sixties era pop culture junkie I am this entire prospect tickles me pink. And who better to play the Warrior amazon Wonder Woman then Lucy Lawless? Well, maybe the girl from the Justice League series in the DCAU, but still Lucy Lawless people! Justice League: New Frontier Preview The Retro costumes look pretty awesome, but personally I always liked the Flash's costume. Its just so streamlined, plus he's one of my favourite characters from the original Justice League animated series. So far, with how they've adapted the Death of Superman and this story Judas Contract may be well worth the wait. And if its any consolation to us they're probably saving the best for last. |

Who better to portray an Amazon Princess then the original Warrior Princess? I approve. This looks like it will kick serious ass. The animation looks really nice, even with youtubes terrible quality bringing it down, and even Superman looks cool, for goodness sakes. Superman! I recognize a few of the names from that cast, asie from Lucy Lawless. I'm still gonna miss not having Kevin Conroy as the Bat, but we'll see what this one has to offer. |

I think the reason Kevin ain't voicing Bats is because, well, this isn't connected to the original DCAU as we all know. Perhaps they wanted to seperate both continuities by giving new voices to everyone. It'll be interesting to see what they cover in this movie, perhaps it will be like the premiere of the Justice League on Cartoon Network but with a 1950's twist. It should be a nice spin on things, a throwback to comic's glory days before some jerkoff Doctor accused them of Seducing the Innocent. It would be nice to give a 21st century twist to the olden years of the Super Heroes. Plus, if they have some fifties songs playing in the background at some point that will be a plus. |

Very niiiiice, the animation looks like the "Justice League" only a little bit more detailed. I hope this is how "The Judas Contract" looks. |
