Readers captivated by Twilight and New Moon will eagerly devour Eclipse, the much anticipated third book in Stephenie Meyer's riveting vampire love saga. As Seattle is ravaged by a string of mysterious killings and a malicious vampire continues her quest for revenge, Bella once again finds herself surrounded by danger. In the midst of it all, she is forced to choose between her love for Edward and her friendship with Jacob --- knowing that her decision has the potential to ignite the ageless struggle between vampire and werewolf. With her graduation quickly approaching, Bella has one more decision to make: life or death. But which is which? I have the book right in front of me. 629 pages. Wow. I'm currently on page 324 and it's really, really good so far. Still looking for some action though. Before the book came out, I guessed it would be a EdxJakexBella triangle. So far my theory is correct. My favorite triangle of all time. <33 I kind of like how Meyer reveals more of the main character's history more since we only really knew Carslie's, Edward's and Bella's before in New Moon. However, Rosalie's history and Jasper's history is finally revealed. It's kind of interesting that she didn't do that in the first book right along. Just a cool little observation there. So what do you guys think so far? EDIT: Page 410 actually. 8D |

I have been reading up a storm. So far I have no finished it yet, BUT it is amazing. I'm on page 160 at the moment. I probably would have been a lot farther if it wasn't for all the crap I had to do yesterday. Either that, or I'm just a slow reader...But So far, it is amazing! My favorite moment so far, was the embarrassing talk about sex between Bella and Charlie. XDD But no doubt, there is going to be an even better moment I haven't read yet. So... BACK TO THE BOOK!! *reads* |

OMG. YOU GOT IT SELLY? I went to bed right after I got off MSN last night and didn't read to much. I'm on page.. like 170 or something. It's amazing! Better then the first two! SPOILERS.. (I'd put that in the title Selly.) The whole time Bella and Jac were together at first.. I was like: "KISS. KISS," but at the same time.. "YOU HAVE SOMETHING WITH EDAWRD. HE LOVES YOU." Gosh, I so hate this when it happens. MUST. READ. MORE. |

So I finished the book last night around 5 in the morning. I'm a zombie today! ![]() But I really liked it. I was very happy that the Cullens and the Quileutes (sp?) worked together to defeat Victoria and the new vampires. I was almost sure it would end on Bella being changed, but I guess I was wrong. Have to wait for the next book for that. n_n Lil_luv, I totally agree with the awkward sex talk between Bella and Charlie. I felt bad for her. xD Did anyone else get worried from the epilogue? "Leaving Jacob Black behind."? I really like Jake and hope he doesn't become a jerk. Although I can see it happening. |

Okay, do y'all remember the lullaby Edward wrote for Bella in the first book? I found it on myspace. Well...it's supposed to be the lullaby for the movie they say they're making, anyway... listen to the lullabye...so pretty...*sniffsniff* Billy Joel sings it. But, yeah, I thought you guys should hear it, 'cause it's amazing and has to do with the book, so nyah.
