Sucked ass. All it was is a bunch of cheesy romance, between those three people from the military and three princesses who are about to be forced into marriage, then the crappy, cheesy, corny kick butt with the retarded pucnh lines at the end. |

See, I forgave this movie for even existing for one reason and one reason only. George Carlin, probably the funniest comedian alive, voiced said gorilla, and did a pretty good job of it. Hell, it brought back some memories of him as Mr. Conducter. Yes, I remember that. Overall, it did not in any way live up to the original, but as far as Disney goes with their direct-to-video releases, it was actually a decent effort, and if you can get past the fact that it's a prequel to a movie that should not have a continuation of any kind, it's actually halfway decent. Said it before, I'll say it once more. Often enough, the original movies are classics that should be seen (barring any of todays Disney movies), if it's a direct to video sequel, avoid at all costs. Haven't any of these fools paid attantion to Bruce Timm? This man has shown them all how you do a direct to video movie with his Batman: The Animated Series movies like "Mask of the Phantasm", "Return of the Joker" and "Sub Zero". If they really needed a sequel to movies, then they should at least put some goddamn effort into it. Then maybe they wouldn't suck. Though, to be deadly honest with you, personally I believe that with the lack of quality of Disney movies in general lately, along with the terrible direct to video sequels of movies made long ago, is a signal. I believe that it's a bright, glaring signal to us all that the creativity well at Disney has finally run dry. They haven't really got anything good left except the Pirates of the Carribean franchise, and that might well end with the third one. Then what will they have left? The creativity well at Disney has just about gone dry. You heard it here first. |

That'd be awesome! Did you know that there is a Final Fantasy anime? I don't like sequals to Disney Movies. They should leave them as they are. Unless Shrek is a disney movie. I can't wait to see Shrek 3!! |
