A bit offtopic but still related to the world cup This day in history: 20 years ago in the World Cup of 1986 Diego Maradona scored The Hand of God goal against England during the quarter-final match. ( Maradona began his 60 metre, 10 second dash towards the English goal, dodging five English outfield players (Hoddle, Reid, Sansom, Butcher and Fenwick) as well as goalkeeper Peter Shilton to make the score 2-0 to Argentina. In the year 2002 it was declared the Goal of the Century by the FIFA |

I didn't see the part where David Beckham scored...England sure is a popular team this year ^_^ Is it true that David was psyically (sp?) sick after scoring the winning goal in the free kick? |

yeah it is. It's kinda funny, only a couple of minutes after scoring he pukes his lunch over the pitch. Poor chap, but at least he score the winning goal. Can't wait for saturdays match. |

Sure is, Sat july the 1st 4:00pm. Hopfully we will play alot more better then we have been doing. All we have been riding on so far is sheer luck mix with some desperate skill, we really going to have to pull it together for this next match. |
