I've been watching an anime called "Shinobuden" very, very funny, mostly for certain yellow nija master (unsukumaru I think) he is hilarious! and the rest of the ninjas are awesome, if you can watch it.

I've got a new favorite anime that no one has mentioned already (Shame on you! =P)...

...

...

... KING OF BANDITS JING! *wuffles*

The main hero is sorta an anim-ized version of Aladdin, a good-hearted master thief named Jing travelling with his best buddy Kir, a small, black, and pimpish albatross. They both have some kind of special attack where Kir clamps onto Jing's special right arm and fires a green burst of energy (like Starfire's Star Volts). Each of the 13 episodes has a different subject:

1st: Just there to introduce Jing and Kir, the two heroes.
2nd: Greed and money
3rd + 4th: Time
5th: Paintings and colors
6th + 7th: Immortality, mixed in with a bit of perpetual motion (probably my favorites)
8th: Not really sure...
9th: Music
10th: Not sure about this one either...
11th, 12th, + 13th: Masks

And finally, a 3-episode OVA that deals with the subject of dreams where Jing and Kir go to a prison called 7th Heaven, and they get trapped in the mind of a magician, sent to 7th Heaven for his making of Dream Candies. The second episode also reveals how Jing and Kir met! ^^

It's much better than it sounds...

OK. I need someone's help. Whoever read this, please pay attention. I'm interested in a boxing anime series called Hajime no Ippo, translated into Fighting Spirit here in the West. The thing is, before I buy this, I want to make sure that the dub is worthy of my dollars, cause if it's crap, then I'm not buying. If anyone can find me a clip of the dub (be it just audio or video), I will be greatly appreciative. I would look myself, but recently I've gotten a full time job and I spend my off hours sleeping.
Thank you
I always hope for the best...experience unfortunately has taught me to expect otherwise

Our resident magic dragon, Puff (blueflamie), has recently gotten me into Elfen Lied.

Damn it's good. @_@

And they don't pull any punches on the gore and all that. Hooray!

Three new animes to add to my list, Cowboy Bebop, Excel Saga and Gravion.

Gravion is an awesome anime! And Excel Saga is the most hilarious show I've ever seen! Excel so cracks me up, I love it!

Cowboy Bebop is my new obsession! I got hooked on it just this saturday and I've already downloaded 8 eps and am currently downloading the next. Its such a great anime, really amazing. The soundtrack is simply beautiful!

Cowboy Bebop is quite possibly the greatest anime ever concieved by a japanese mind.

The characters are three dimensional and great. There are plenty of backstory's. The loose ends are tied up by the time it's finished. The soundtrack is jazzy and good fun, evem for someone like me, who isn't a great big fan of jazz. It's easily accessible (and don't say it isn't, if you don't get the show, you haven't even tried). The english voice cast is actually BETTER then the japanese voices. And Spike is one of the best main characters I can think of.

There will never be another anime that can top it. For all the outlandish themes and greatness of the other series, few times have I truely cared about what happened next so damn much as when I watched this series for the first time.

Forget your Naruto's and your Elfen Lieds. Much as I like them, the greatest of all time is Cowboy Bebop. And it's quite an accepted opinion among anime fans, so don't even try to dispute it. =P

Err... Yeah, anyways, the 'Bop's great. ^_^

I've never even heard of those other two before though. Well, I at least heard of Excel, but never watched it.

Speaking of Cowboy Beebop, I happen to love its long lost brother, Outlaw Star. Jeez, I adore that show. Twilight Suzuka is made of pure awesomeness and Jim pwns all.

So true D-sama. Definitley the most greatest anime ever, no one can ever dispute that.

I love the characters, they are one of a kind. Spike, Faye, Jet and Ed, I just luv em, they make such an awesome team. The music is just amazing. Before, I use to like jazz, it was okay, but after listenin to the Cowboy Bebop soundtrack, I had a chance of heart. I now love jazz. The soundtrack is so fun to listen it. I enjoy it a lot.

I'm almost done watching the whole series, got three episodes left and then the movie. Man I really wish they would make more Cowboy Bebop. In an interview, when asked will there be more CB, Watanabe responded 'Someday.' Now, they'll say anything to keep us hanging but I really wish to see more.

Oh yes, I'm obsessed x3

Excel Saga is an hilarious anime, you'll die laughing xP Its like Aqua Teen Hunger Force. Well I havent exactly seen ATHF but when Lizard Man and I were talkin about it he said it reminded him of it. As long as you enjoy crazy comedies, you'll love Excel Saga. You may find it weird too but meh, weird is good too ^^

I've been pretty much obsessed with the show myself. It's so utterly great, no other can ever compare. Even the manga side story's are prett ydecent, and feel like an episode of the show might. But still, in that form, you're missing the great visual action, the voices and the jazz soundtrack. This is certainly one series that works better as an anime. XD

About the only ship I liked from the show was SpikexFaye. Was most alluring.

I hope there's a continuation someday, but only if they have something in mind as masterful as the original show. The original 26 episode show had all it's loose ends tied up by the very end, and I'd expect something similar from a continuation season. If they could pull off something just as awesome, count me in.

I like weird shows.

To dispell the notion I may not, let's look at it this was. Aqua Teen Hunger Force is a show about a talking shake, a floating pack of fries and a wad of meat. A happy meal, basically. Also, there are german aliens from pluto, two characters made of pixels from the old Atari systems, a ghost of christmas past from the future and an evil sandwhich from hell, to name a few. That defines weird. I love Aqua Teen Hunger Force. So I have no problem with weird shows. XD

Maybe I'll look into Excel.

I remember that show. I thought it was pretty good. I only remember so much though. It's been a long time since I've seen it and the memories are hazy. The last time I saw it was the last time they ran it on Cartoon Network, which was years ago.

I'm really obsessed Cowboy Bebop. Not too long ago I downloaded the movie, Knockin On Heaven's Door. Man, ya gotta love it. The animation for one was superb! Non-anime fans would even love this movie. The storyline was great. Vincent was pretty cool, a real interessting character.

The manga's were pretty fun, I haven't read the um...the Star-something one though. I heard it was somewhat an AU?

My iPod and laptop is packed with the Cowboy Bebop soundtrack. I have got all albums, just need the Limited Edition one. Yoko Kano is really brilliant. Some of my favorite tracks from the soundtrack are Call Me Call Me (Steve Conte rocks!), Ask DNA, Green Bird, BLUE, Tank and um...almost all of them! They're all awesome!

Man I really wish they could continue it. If not then maybe one more movie taking place after tRFB. But of course, like any other CB fan I would want them to keep the brilliance of the show and not ruin it. Mostly whenever they make sequeals they always seem to ruin in one way or another. I would so not want that for Cowboy Bebop. If they do, then no, I don't want a sequel. Can't allow a brilliant anime to be ruined.

If they ever do continue it, something that would be really sweet to see...well, just pop a look at my sig xD
