We're allowed to take the SATs here, but it's really costly to do so. They call it the "Midwest Talent Search". My parents tried to force me into taking it because I'm in all of the advanced classes and have a 4.0 and stuff, but standardized tests make me nervous and give me anxiety/panic attacks, so I declined insistently. XD

I have to take my stupid MST testing on my birthday... NOT fair. The options were the 4th and the 18th, and they just HAD to make me do it on the 4th. I mean, my mom was like, "What if you're sick on the 18th? You can't make it up!" And I'm like, "You can't do it on the 18th if you miss it on the 4th, though, so what does it matter?!" But she didn't believe me 'cause she wouldn't listen to me. Eliv. *stabs her in the eye with a fork and binges on ice cream*

School...Where to start? It's the source of most of my problems. Okay, I'm in Algebra I, right? Well, I'm doing really bad in there right now. How bad? Bad enough that I'm not telling you what my grade is. Anyway, my parents are mad at me because I'm doing bad in Algebra. Know what? IT WAS THEIR FREAKING IDEA TO PUT ME IN ALGEBRA IN THE FIRST PLACE. I'm bad at Math, I hate it, I never wanted to be in Algebra. AND they're mad at me cause I didn't get a recommendation for Geometry next year. They're also mad about my Advanced English grade and mad cause I know for a fact I'm not getting into Advanced English next year, but it's Math they're more mad about.

So...yeah. Grades suck.

I'm friends with the friend of a boy-obsessed little idiot that thinks she's better than me and really isn't. Okay, I know that that came out conceited, but it's true. So you have my friend, who rocks, and then HER friend, whom she's only friends with because a different friend was friends with her and then introduced her to her and now she's friends with her and the introducing friend doesn't like the friend that she introduced my friend to anymore, and neither do I, so now it's just my friend's friend.

Okay, that came out wrong.

Eskimo->Eskimo's Friend->Friend's Friend
Eskimo-> Eskimo's Other Friend->Friend's Friend

The first diagram shows an accurate portrayal of friendship-- each arrow indicates that the person on the left is friends with the person on the right. In the second diagram, the second person used to be friends with the third person (the same third person from the first diagram), but she doesn't like her anymore. However:

Friend's Friend-><-Eskimo's Friend
^^Eskimo's Other Friend^^

As you can see, before Eskimo's Other Friend disliked Friend's Friend, she introduced Friend's Friend to Eskimo's Friend.

Therefore, here's the current situation:

Eskimo<->Eskimo's Friend<->Friend's Friend
v...........................v
^..........................^
Eskimo's Other Friend

Make sense? Good, because you're going to need that.

Let's call Eskimo me, I, myself, et cetera; Eskimo's Friend my friend, Friend's Friend FF, and Eskimo's Other Friend my other friend, shall we?

FF thinks that she's both my other friend and my friend, okay? So, it's unrequited friendship on her part because my other friend (oh, screw it, the other friend is EOF, and my friend is EF) and I think that FF is annoying. BUT EF and FF like each other, so they're friends.

Okay.

Here's the lowdown.

FF makes really bad decisions because she's insecure and wants to fit in. She's really stupid (no offense to anyone that isn't doing well in school-- I really don't care what your grades are, but you'll see why it bugs me about FF in a sec), but she hangs out with smart people, so she's always like, "ZOMG I am SO much smarter than you! You seriously think you got an A- on that history test? I, like, totally got an A+! Imbecile!" And then she'll get her usual D and be all, "ZOMG that grading was, like, so unfair, like! I totally should have gotten an A+! Idiotic teacher!" Okay, so she doesn't talk that way, and she doesn't know what imbecile means because she has a limited vocabulary, but that's the general gist of it gone Eskimo-style, okay?

And then, like, she's OBSESSED with shopping. And because she's insecure, she wants everyone to think that she's the most beautiful person ever. Thing is, she has HORRIBLE fashion taste. I mean, so do I, but at least I KNOW that I have bad fashion taste-- she goes around being all, "ZOMG I'm prettier than you!" and really looks quite unappealing. So because she's insecure and wants people to be just like her AND like her, she wants me to go shopping with her and buy what she buys and look ugly in it. (She looks ugly in stretch jeans and shirts way too small for her. I look ugly in baggy blue jeans from Kids 'R' Us and baggy university-logo, Mac-logo, and Zuma Jay surfboard shop-logo shirts and baggy Old Navy and Limited Too hoodies.) So, here's our usual argument:

FF: YOU NEED TO GO SHOPPING WITH ME!
Me: FF, I already told you that I don't want to go shopping with you.
FF: But you NEED to go shopping with me so we can buy stretch jeans!
Me: FF. I don't like shopping. Okay? I just don't want to.
FF: But stretch jeans are really comfy!
Me: I don't like stretch jeans. I don't want to wear stretch jeans. I'm not going to buy stretch jeans with you, and I don't like shopping.
FF: Why don't you like shopping?! How can anyone not like shopping?
Me: *in the same slow, controlled voice that means I'm getting irked* I just don't like it, and I'm not going to go. Maybe I can go over to your house or something, but I'm not going shopping.
FF: What happened to make you not like shopping?
Me: Nothing. I just don't.
FF: Oh, come on, 'fess up! There has to be something that happened to you that made you not like shopping!
Me: *thinking, 'People like you decided to try and force me to,' but doesn't want to be mean* Nothing, FF. I'm not going shopping.
FF: But you'd look really hot in stretch jeans! I mean, what you wear now is... is... and you could wear stretch jeans, and then hot guys would be all over you!
Me: FF. I. Don't. Like. Stretch. Jeans. And. I. Don't. Want. To. Go. Shopping. With. You. Plus, I hate boys. I am not romantically attracted to them yet, remember? I don't want "hot guys all over me". I like what I wear just fine, and I don't like shopping. I want to be lazy, not go to the mall. I am not going shopping.
FF: But they would make you look taller!
Me: What? *not registering*
FF: Stretch jeans would make you look, like, taller!
Me: My height is fine. I'm not wearing the stretch jeans.

Etc., etc., until I finally get the heck out of English class.

Later on...

FF: When are you getting your braces off?
Me: December. How come? *sincerely curious*
FF: When you do, you and I have to go SHOPPING!
Me: *internally groaning* FF. I am not going shopping.
FF: But we have to get you a haircut and buy you stretch jeans when you get your braces off!
Me: No.
FF: But you have a really nice figure! A haircut would really compliment your figure!
Me: No.
FF: Pleeeeeeeeeeeeease?
Me: No. I am not going shopping.

And then the usual argument.

Unfortunately, EF isn't that willful. See, everybody here is REALLY insecure-- there aren't any leaders, just followers that follow each other without a real leader. And EF is sort of like that, but not really. See, she USED to be herself. EF was my geeky friend that liked to be original and unique and not conform, right? Except then FF came along. And she likes FF. (Don't ask me how, but that isn't even my business.) I usually don't like to intrude on my friends' friendships because it isn't my business, right? Thing is, EF's insecurity is WHY I have issues with her friendship with FF. She's a total pushover, and FF is the push she's practically screaming to happen.

Don't believe me? Take a look:

-EF thought her glasses were wicked and geeky and pwned everybody and awesome. Thanks to FF, EF now walks around without them and knocks into everybody unless she's reading the board because she doesn't want contacts for fear or itchiness and thinks they're dead ugly because of FF. I attempt to tell EF that I don't want her eyesight damaged and just to put on the glasses, for heaven's sake, so that I won't worry about her, and she immediately refuses to comply because EF is across from me at the lunch table and urging her to keep off the glasses.
-EF hated, hated, HATED cheating and thought it should be punished by law. Thanks to FF, she does FF's English homework and gives her help that she isn't supposed to be receiving according to the teachers as an exchange for FF doing EF's art homework because EF doesn't like art and thinks it's stupid (FF's only talent is art, on the other hand, and about the biggest compliment I can give her is that she's a great artist-- no Picasso, but pretty darned good). Oh, yeah, and EF tries to get others to color her monkeys and books on the papers, too. I'm the only one at the table that says no. Why? Because EF as usual wouldn't have been asking me.
-EF used to punch herself over missing assignments. Thanks to talking on the phone with FF for hours a day, EF now has missing assignments every day in about three classes and doesn't pay attention in class because she's coloring or doing math problems or whatever when she should be listening. (Did I mention that she used to pay attention in class before FF came along?)
-EF acts noticeably ruder, no doubt thanks to FF and her bad manners.
-EF decided to be very very thoughtless indeed by having a sleepover with FF on my birthday. And you know what? They didn't even do it behind my back. They openly talked about the sleepover that was going to happen on my birthday at least two weeks in advance.
-EF is always promising to invite me over sometime soon, but she never gets around to it. Irresponsibility thanks to FF and her forgetful ways.

Guess what? I officially don't like my junior high school.

Just... ugh... I have issues.

My soc. teacher Mrs. Mansfienld (a.k.a Devial woman) really buggs me. I missed homework so many times in her class (cause she annoyed me and I decided to be "defiant") she decided to e-mail my mom every Friday telling her what homework I missed or what classwork I didn't turn in. GOD, I really hate her.

Last semester I had Physics class and I miserably failed it. Let it be known that I have never failed a class. When I found out I was crushed and also angry. I admit that it was all my fault for failing becuase I did not pay attention in class (most of the time) but I also did not understand it. (when I did pay atttention) The way she was teaching had the whole class baffled and I wasn't the only one that failed, half the class did. And the ones that did pass...barely passed. I mostly blame myself for my ignorance but she could of taught us a lot better and maybe I could of passed with a low 'C.

God! I'd chock on my tounge or something if I failed something so important. C18G when taking huge tests like that eat breakfast, have a good night's sleep, and pay close attention to the questions.
I've taken countless standardnized tests since I was in 4th grade. I recently did the NJPass a couple of weeks ago. They aren't that hard if you read the questions throughly. They may even tell to the answer. And when reading a story read the questions over then the story. When I don't know a question I always pick C, because my name starts with a C.
Am I confusing an exam with a standarnizied tests? Oh well they are both very hard.
