Andros and Sirithian arrived among the other mage lords now, Mistrandar giving them a curious look before speaking. "Nathaniel said it, it is your choice. Although I will say that there is no doubt that you would be a great asset to us," he licked his lips before continuing, throwing a short glance at Mordain. "And do not make the mistake of saying that walking with Castoden, means walking under him. You have a few skills Mordain, which none of us have." Well, young mage Tmar thought to himself, Those skills you certainly showed us today at least. ((Posted this as Jimmy posted his post, just so you know. I think it fits nonetheless though)) |

Shaellana listened to James, remaining calm. "You are right in saying that what has happened here is terrible, and you are right that saying some of the blame lies with you, and I respect you for admitting that. But you are wrong if you think we would abbandon Weissland. We will not leave this army divided; those who would follow Mordain will be instructed to follow Lord Aldron. If they are truly loyal, then they will follow this command." She paused for a moment, wincing with pain and taking deep breathes before she started speaking again. "But there are other matters that need attended to, as you know. That is where we will go. You cannot expect Mordain to face you, to face these people, after what has happened. And you cannot expect me to leave him." * Mordain remained silent. He was lost for words, lost in thought. In truth, he barely heard what those around him were saying. |

"Stand against me if you must, for of course you will. Conflict is just another part of this flawed reality. You need to cling to your concepts and purposes, your feeble honour and glory. None of it serves any purpose in the end. And the end draws close." - Krodalis Thaendil. "It really is amazing; she killed Kelan Wealer, not that I am complaining, but then the order welcomed her as their new leader. It makes one wonder if I were to ram a blade down her throat, would the monks then follow my commands?" - Mordain Thaendil. One of the Last Guardians. Suck it. | |

"We will travel further north, upon dragon wings. Endral and Lathor are places that need aid, and I expect we will tend to them." She placed a hand on James' shoulder and smiled softly. "And thank you for understanding. You are a good man, James. Your parents would be proud." |

“There is something you should know,” said James. “Back in the Pass of Kuren, we were saved by a group of men and women in white robes. Do you know anything about them?” |

Shaellana took a moment to think, but then shook her head. "I cannot recall anything regarding such a people. Did they say anything, or have any further distinctions?" |

"They said nothing other than that they would hold off Drathmor's army for us," said James. "They were very powerful mages, though." |

"I know nothing of them, but if they had the power to stall Drathmor's hordes, then perhaps they would be worth seeking out?" |

"That is what I was thinking," said James. "Their power seemed to be the exact opposite of Drathmor's. It seemed to be pure good. Perhaps Mordain could benefit from their help. The only thing is, I don't know what happened to them." |

"In our journey, we will seek them out." was Shaellana's simple reply. |

Just before she went to make her leave, she turned back to Castoden. "Please understand that Mordain is not evil. He has never lost control like that before. And I will try to help him to contain it better." |

Ariakas had witnessed the action from a distance, resting his horse on a hilltop. Somehow he had known it was Mordain, and not the enemy, who was responsible for the turmoil. He wondered what had provoked it however. "Glad I brought you away from that, aren't you?" he said to the horse. He nodded to himself, "Yeah, I bet you are." Then he quickled checked the reins for the saddle before mounting up. Throwing a last look towards the Weisslander-army he turned his horse around and began the long ride west. "Thank you, James." With that, Shaellana made her way back towards Mordain. Holding her hand to the air, she shot a small flare of magic upwards with but a simple word. "Gorr will descend. We will travel with him, north." Brae and Marr nodded. Mordain rose quickly, moved forward to where the demon had first taken control. Looking around, he quickly spotted the red, fiery orb of Naxxtia upon the ground. He picked it up and held it close, and it filled him with a strange feeling of control. He made his way back as Gor landed his dragon. Brae, Marr and Mordain climbed onto its back. Shaellana lingered. She looked at the assembled lords. "Keep the army moving, and ensure that the refugees are taken care of." Then she climbed atop the dragon, sitting behind Mordain. Gor took his beast into the air, carrying them towards Fargon. "There are other places in need of aid, Mordain. You have not failed your country." said Shaellana softly. Mordain, however, said nothing. --Leaving Ledek's Span-- --Entering Fargon & Northern Meiroi Wood-- |

((Argh! You brought with you Gor and his dragon... nooo!)) Most of the lords, leaders, mages and captains present looked to the sky until the dragon carrying its three passengers was nothing but a small, dark dot on the sky. Mistrandar Alicant turned and looked to James, "My lord?" he said. |

((Since it's already been decided we don't have to discuss it much, but remind me again the reason for putting Lord Aldron above James Castoden in command? Considering he was below you through the entire Realm-campaign)) Mistrandar grabbed James' shoulder as the man turned around, "I was going to ask you, do you know who leads the refugees north?" |

((He wasn't below me during the Realm campaign, his forces arrived to reinforce mine and I told him to attack one side of Villiath while I attacked the other. A joint venture, two commanders coming together and working together. Aldron is a more experienced military commander, having served some 20-odd years as a commander, and the Aldron family is very powerful, not as powerful as the Castoden family, but James defers to Aldron because of his experience.)) James shook his head. "They were gone before I arrived in Ataya." |

((Okay, thank you for clearing that up)) Mistrandar nodded quickly, "Yes, I'm aware of that. But you never spoke to Mordain about it?" He sighed before adding, "The mage lords were kinda left out of it." |
