Exactly. I also thought it was cool and unique. It has several meanings.

Marble is white. White Realm. Weissland (weiss = White). Thus reffering to the two "White" kingdoms and their structures. Charred means they are destroyed. E.g. a lot of marble has been charred in Ortin and in Ataya.

Additionally (as Lathaon pointed out):

from the Encyclopaedia

The Two Towers, known as the Tower of Weissland and the Tower of Gold represent one of the most important and required attributes in the Code of the White Realm – trust. The Two Towers stand where the Silverstream forks and they are not used for military purposes – they are a form of giant monuments, symbolising the Alliance of the White Realm, the Golden Empire and Weissland.

...

The Tower of Weissland is built entirely of White Marble. The tower reflects the sunlight in a very beautiful way, and as the sun shines on it, it truly seems like a magical, white tower – which symbolizes Weissland well, the Lord thinks.

Thus, this also means that the Alliance has been broken (the white marble has been charred).

One more meaning: White becomes black. (as the Defiled Kingdom sweeps through our lands, they leave them blackened - symbolically speaking).

Honored men become dishonoured (such as the lord - from time to time).

It has many great meanings and still has the whole "white theme" in it.

HIC, I demand that you bludgeon yourself with a rock until your mental status returns to the level of a rapist who calls back to apologise! Your use of elaborate language and words is making me uneasy. Although, I am somewhat relieved to see that your punctuation remains shit-based.
