This all comes in light of Sunny's all-of-a-sudden urgent need to rid the Moderator forum of those he believes doesn't deserve to have their say in discussions, despite devoting a lot of time and activity to a forum for 747 days.

A fact, which is irrelevant (although respected), since YOU have seen what kind of dicussions there are in this forum - almost none that are that important. The real discussions, where people really have a say are in the Suggestions and Questions. My all-of-a-sudden reaction (believe it or not) is not because I want the HQ to be particularily cleaned of Mods. It's more because I want some life back in the S and Q. If all of the active members are mods, then we just won't have discussions in the good old S and Q, because believe it or not, that forum (S,Q, and F) has had some of the best TWC discussions and debates ever!

I just see no reason to keep the likes of Lathaon and Mordus out of discussions. We could accept them into the Mod HQ, but then I believe that kicking some mods out of here would be much more reasonable!

As I said in another topic - Politics are tiresome, and as Ariakas rightly added - but necessary!

There has been way to little politics around here for the last year, and the politics (within TWC) have been some of the most fun (and heated) discussions of all time, and I kind of miss them.

The above is an extract of a MOD HQ debate, and it is a discussion about whether we should only have the top 6 moderators/admins in the Mod HQ - both to make it a sanctuary for few, although perhaps important discussions, while the REAL debates are once again moved to the Suggestions and Questions forum, because I truly believe that when that forum (and the News and Info) was at its prime time, then TWC was at its prime time.

No actions made yet. I want to hear some reactions. Or else I would be deemed unjust as the case with The Corsairs, James and Jack...

No facts are irrelevant. You can choose to believe them or disregard them.

If my point is irrelevant, so to say, than you are contradicting your own argument with a point-of-view that I just cannot understand.

How does the point whether a member is a Mod or not, affect how many discussions happen in Suggestions, Questions or Feedback? The fact is, days of discussion on TWC are dead. Maybe just for now, or maybe forever, but they're gone until this place becomes as active as it was with as many members as it had.

To me it seems like you are arguing just for the sake of taking one or two people from the Mod Counsil, and in light of people thinking it is an act of prejudice, trying to cover it up with another reason that contradicts your own argument (that is my view on this anyway).

But like I say, it doesn't bother me in the slightest manner. I just think you are taking this all too seriously, Sunny. Its a forum, and by booting out two members from the Mod HQ isn't going to make the forum anymore active - and politics? Its a forum that talks about anythign and everything, it is not the United Nations meeting room!

HIC, I demand that you bludgeon yourself with a rock until your mental status returns to the level of a rapist who calls back to apologise! Your use of elaborate language and words is making me uneasy. Although, I am somewhat relieved to see that your punctuation remains shit-based.

I admit using the world irrelevant was wrong of me, but you also showed that you have completely misunderstood what I said.

I don't want to take mod powers away from any of the current mods. I only want to shift the place of discussion from the Mod HQ to the Suggestions and Questions, where all members can participate. As I said - I don't believe that, when we have so few active members left, we should have that many people allowed into the "secret" area, because it makes no sense if the majority of the active members have access to the Mod HQ. Then it would be unfair for those not included, since they are a minority. It should be a privelege to be in the Mod HQ and not an unjust exclusion not to be included.

No one has ever spoken about removing mod powers but yourself.

In my above post I did not once mention removing Moderator powers.

For the most part, we don't even have discussions in the Mod forum, so what is there to move?

But I see your point, I just did not understand your wording :)

We have discussions in the Mod HQ. We just delete quite a lot of them when they are done.

You misunderstand me, saying whether someone is a Mod or not is nothing to do with with removing Mod powers.

But no more of that.
