Right now though, you may have noticed that when you were a guest, you could see all of the Forums. But now you can only see:
"Bolivar Bank", and the "Welcome Board & Help Forums!". This is Because you're a 'Validating' member. Which means you're not allowed to see the rest of the site until all of the

steps are finished. You may still be able to log in with your account to post up the necessary posts to finishing your character's Bio and Storage.
