Hello

I have noticed today that one of my mice is losing some fur on her face and has a small amount of dried blood around her ear, and the other one keeps scratching her ear and squeaking. They have started sleeping in the toilet roll tubes instead of their bed as well. I have recently bought a new food mix from the pet shop as they didn't have their regular one. Could this be the reason? I always clean their tank once a week and use anti bacterial spray. They are about 1 year and 5 months old.

Any advice? :( Thank you so much

Pip
