Andro Holind was a man capable of intense violence, which was why he'd slipped into the role of military adviser so well. It was the sort of job best suited for grizzled old brigadiers and hardly attached to straight backed intellectuals such as himself; though a strong spine was required. Yes he was capable of depravity- war time or not- and the job fit him like a glove only ...he didn't quite like that. Getting his hands dirty so often had only amplified his discomfort now that other's did it by his bidding. Gazing out the window of the councilor's office his vision shifted from his reflection as he straightened his tie to the outside and the city below....far below...far enough to kill a man and dozens at the rate he'd come crashing into the underbelly of town. That is...if no ships cushioned his fall. A small cough broke Andro's trance and his eyes met the transparent reflection of the senator busy in her seat, brow wrinkled in concentration as she once again read over the report of the events at Telos. It was ugly stuff...just the sort he liked- If he'd been there perhaps it wouldn't have gone down the way it had. Awful stuff, The soldier in him liked to think he'd have made the difference. It was where he belonged- the field, not cooped up in some twi'lek's office. That was when he received notice of their arrival...the men involved and ready to report just outside their door. "Chancellor," He said gently, turning from the window and gesturing at his wrist pad. "They have arrived should I allow them in?" Andro forced a smile and wondered if it was his humanity that compelled him to not ask why the grey woman before him bound her lekku like a slave...it was the oddest thing. It took her a moment to take notice and even when she did her eyes returned to the paper momentarily but she smiled back politely and nodded. "Please, Mr. Holind." Running a ringed finger over the thin mustache tracing his upper lip, Andro tapped the command on his wrist pad and awaited the arrival of a Mr. John Killian and Roy Wilson. "The Supreme Chancellor will see you now..." Edited by T.J, Jul 9 2011, 03:30 AM.

Spinning his service hat between his hands as he leaned forward in his chair, Roy Willson was the epitome of nervousness. He had never met with anyone higher than a regiment leader. Infact, he hadn't ever met the General or lead Admiral for that matter. Having a meeting with the Supreme Chancellor was a whole other kind of animal. Having left his normal attire of his combat armor back at the barracks, Roy had opted to wear his service uniform, seeing as he was meeting the leader of the entire Republic. When the receptionist motioned that the meeting was to begin, Roy quickly stood and straightened his uniform as best as he could, even though it had quite obviously been ironed and straightened meticulously prior to it even being put on. Turning towards John Killian, who had accompanied the sergeant to the meeting, Roy spoke. " Shall we? " |

((Sorry didn't post sooner. Got swamped with some things.)) Meeting with the boss of his boss of his boss was a big thing, and still Killian did not know how to go with this. Those that survived the horrific incident were either back on duty or recoperating. Wearing his republic uniform that he had prepared yesterday, he rose to his feet as he looked towards Roy Wilson, giving a nod. "Lets." He spoke, turning and heading towards her office, giving a small smile to the receptionist as he proceeded into the office of the Supreme Chancellor, giving off a salute as he came in. "Chancellor, Captain John Killian." |

Andro laced his hands behind his back and glowered authoritively; Looking the part was nearly as important as acting it. His eyes reflected steely blue on his metal tie clasp and his neatly manicured eyebrows were set dark against his sun tanned skin. Taking his place behind the Grey Twi'lek he made the first introductions. "Andro Holind, chief of arms...You are in the presence of Supreme Chancellor B-" "BelleBlair." The Twi'lek said, rising and extending her hand to both men. "Please have a seat," She gestured to two steel chairs before her desk and Andro huffed in silent annoyance. "We have...Much to discuss regarding this report;" She added. "Much indeed," Andro said, "most very hard to verify due to the...state of the facility involved. You'll forgive me if a ghost story doesn't suffice when it comes to the loss of significant resources and human life...I think the family's of the republic citizens lost would say the same." |

Gingerly taking the grey Twi'leks hand into his own, Roy gave it a sharp shake before releasing the grey hand to bring his own up into a salute for the Chief at arms. He remained standing for several seconds in this position and as he stood Roy introduced himself. " Sergeant Major Roy Willson. 4th Battalion. 63'd airborne armored division. " The soldier said almost mechanically, indicating repetition in the statement. Before long the soldier realized he had been standing for far too long, and quickly found he seat after several more seconds of silent standing. The time had been spent deciding whether or not the Supreme Chancellor's word outweighed the Chief at Arms rank. Leaning forward slightly as if he were about to speak upon the subject of the after action report, Roy stopped himself and reverted back to the rigid posture he had first taken when he sat down. Being the lower rank it was not his place to initiate such things. If he were directly questioned or accused of anything he would speak, otherwise he would remain silent and listen. Taking the woman's hand into his after Roy, he gave a firm shake before being instructed to take a seat. Doing as instructed, he sat next to Roy and cleared his throat some before he was to give his report. Hopefully Roy could fill in anything he missed since the two went seperate paths. "Of course. When we arrived, no one was there to greet us, but our host was more then aware we had arrived. Going deeper into the facility, Sergeant Willson and myself split up into two teams and found... what was left of the science and security team. The terrorist who attacked used cybernetic reconstruction on them, turning them into mindless abominations that we were forced to kill. Only the Jedi and mercenary encountered the terrorist though, we were never able to catch him due to having control over most of the facility's systems. But we did find something..." He reached into his coat, pulling out a small datapad and setting it on the desk. "His name was Xentar, and was once apart of a small order known as The Xenomancers. They aren't behind the attack, but he has... gone rogue from this order. I'm assuming the Jedi are giving their own report about him to their council." |

"We've heard whispers of sith..." Belleblair said gravely, she paled at the sight of the data and took it in her hand to review nervously. "I'm sorry what Mercenary?" Asked Andro dryly narrowing his eyes. The Twi'lek spoke over him momentarily: "Do you have any holo's or records of the abominations?" "I was under the impression this was a military action," Andro said, crossing his arms. "Not an open invitation for trigger happy locals." |

" That is what the Jedi who accompanied us seemed to think... The master did anyway.... As for the mercenary.... " Roy fidgeted in his chair slightly as he thought over what he was going to say next. " I was just as perplexed when I learned of his presence as you are sir, but he did not disappoint. His name was Rick. Rick Mulluns I believe. He seemed to know some of the other military personnel present, though I had never met him before. Said he was ex-military if memory serves correct... " A look of urgency came across the young soldiers face at the mention of footage. " - I had my helmet on the whole time ma'm. Everything I saw, the camera built into its visor saw too. Its down at the barracks though... Uh... But! I could get it for you no problem. " |

Killian looked down some, then right back to his superiors at the mention of the mercenary. "Mister Mulluns, former Republic Military, was hired by me and through my own personal funds. He proved to be just as effective as the other soldiers under my command. Both myself and Corporal Reed know him outside of our military lives and what he is capable of, and I would not have hired him would he be any other mercenary. If you are worried he might say something about this, I assure you he won't. I... explained the sensetive nature he witnessed and told me he would keep it to himself..." Killian felt that may not be enough, though he was willing to tell them where Rick was should they need to find him. "As for any footage, just in the reports, this datapad and what footage Sergeant Wilson here managed to capture. As well, one of my engineers is still decyphering what footage Corporal Corta recovered from her helmet." He made a mention, knowing both Corta was still recovering from the blast she recieved to the head. Chances for her looked good, but the same could not be said about her sight. |

"Let us hope he does." Said Andro venomously of the mercenary. "I would hate to schedule another meeting with him present- my time is precious." "As is mine, Mr.Hollind." Said BelleBalir, gently touching his arm. He recoiled at it and folded them to his chest. "We will of course need to review ALL the footage." She added. "I commend your obedience, Mr. Wilson and your valor if the reports are correct." Continued the Twi'lek. "As well as yours Killian-" "We'll need to know more of this Xentar." Sighed Andro. "And make contact with his former group- has this been done? I've never heard of a...what is it? Xenomorph?" |

Bringing his hand up to his forehead to form a quick salute, Roy fought the urge to stand at attention once again. To have been requested for a meeting with the Supreme Chancellor was something else, to be complimented by one was practically unheard of for someone of Roy's rank. " Thank you very much M'am. I try my best. But.... I do not think contacting whatever group that terrorist said he was from will get us to the bottom of this... The Jedi with us seemed hell on saying that the terrorist was... Sith... Going as far as arguing with Killian about it. I think we should look into that instead, -If you dont mind me saying ma'm. " |

Killian followed up with a salute at the compliment towards him and Roy, glad they were getting somewhere atleast. However, the time for thanking others would come in time, but they still needed to get to a source. "If I may propose an idea... Sir, Ma'am. What we may know about the Sith will probably pale to what the Jedi know. I would think perhaps they should investigate into this possible Sith threat, for I doubt this will be the last we see of this Xentar. As they go with their investigation, we could try to maybe look into the group he once belonged too. I do not doubt Mr. Wilson's judgment on his idea, but I feel we should cover both tracks if we want to try to stop another incident like Telos from happening again." |

"Without a doubt the Jedi will need to be consulted..." Said the twi'lek thoughtfully. "But we cannot presume Xentar's former collegues are without information- Yes..." "Then that is where we shall start. An investigation is in order" Chimed Holind with a nod. |

"As will I. After seeing what he's done on Taris, I feel I must make up for allowing him to escape. At your request, I too want to help in this investigation... Sir... Ma'am." Killian said, remembering his place. |
