Fratting So Hard, I Have To Double Knot My Sperries.
The only thing I found surprising about it was that Christian Bale was the voice of Howl.

I've recently started watching a lot of Miyazaki movies. Good stuff. Mononoke is still my favorite out of Nausicaa, Totoro, Spirited Away, And Howl's Moving Castle tho.

Also (Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind spoilers)

Yeahhhh, that's why I prefer to watch in Japanese with subs. Dubs just drive me crazy.

Miyazaki films are great though. Studio Ghibli has some rather nice films aside from his too.

You should deffo check out Princess Mononoke and Nausicaa though. Spirited Away's rather nice and I also like Kiki's Delivery Service, Totoro's adorable but the plot is weak.

Howl is great and the American voice cast is also great. Suck a sub or two. self-hating swine.

I was going for alliteration, I did not mean the things I said.

I just love Billy Crystal as Calcifer.

For certain personal reasons, Howl's Moving Castle makes me want to punch people - still a good movie, though. My favorite Miyazaki film out of the ones I've seen is Castle in the Sky.

The only Miyazaki films I've seen are Howl's Moving Castle and Spirited Away.
I really want to see the others sometime though.

Howl's Moving Castle was pretty good, but not my favorite Miyazaki. That honor goes to My Neighbor Totoro.

Totoro was a perfect microcosm of a childhood adventure.

Calcifer is awesome.

I haven't had a problem with any of the Miyazaki dubs I've seen so far. Granted, dubs don't bother me too often.
