i wouldn't get 8gb of ram unless you still had extra money after getting an SSD and a better graphics card

the i7 is also not worth it, its way more expensive and all you get is hyperthreading which almost no programs make use of

if you want more performance overclock the i5, buy an SSD, or get a better graphics card

I left my computer on.
and im sure me and rev can walk you through building a computer. its reallllly easy. just make sure you ground yourself before you touch anything. tbh, you dont even have to worry about applying thermal paste. XD

Find a different graphics card? I wouldn't mind paying the little bit extra, considering I was about ready to pay $400 more for that package.

I can probably get JoshsName (an old Australian PotDer) to come down and help.

Last time I opened up a computer (laptop), it kept BSoD'ing because I effed up the RAM somehow.

The time before that, somehow I fried the graphics card.

i would just go with the 6950 since the difference in price between the 6950 and 6970 is huge

nah not really, although i would just completely forget about the 6970 since its kinda overpriced

either get

6950

2 6870s

2 6950s

in order of performance

you don't really need to crossfire but you'll be able to max every single game at 60fps+ with dual 6950s
