Fratting So Hard, I Have To Double Knot My Sperries.
Even though my character is doing alright, the CPUs in this game are stupid as shit. Coming from a guy who used to play a lot, A LOT of arcade SCII this angers me to watch my character just sit there and take hits.

finally, i win a tournament!

got 2 perfects along the way too. since Mi-Na and Talim were my mains, i can't say i approve at all of the way the computer uses them, but as was said before, the CPU v CPU AI is retarded.

i was a little worried when i saw the final fight was a cage match. Mi-Na isn't so good near walls.

Mi-Na has a really nice moveset, and she's fluid. its why i like her and Talim.

Wow, I didn't know anyone actually played as Talim. Seong Mi-Na is crazy good, though.

Talim is deadly. she has the highest sidestep priority, followed by the crazy cirqe-du-soleil bitch with the giant chakram, and she's much faster at throwing a flurry of blows. not only do i play her, i play her very very aggressively. in your face like a bulldog, side-parrying everything like Dante in Royal Guard style. especially with the off-weighted pair of tonfa. i'm also not afraid to use her kick-step openers either, and i can even close on Mi-Na and Astaroth with her. Heihachi is the beast she has the hardest time with.

i also tend to keep Mi-Na in constant motion too, but that's way more of a space control issue. Talim's side steps are primarily defensive, bob and weave like Steve in Tekken while closing in, and always stay at one hip of the opponent or the other. Mi-Na tends to use side steps to corral an opponent with the reach advantage. the only drawback is a lot of her moves telegraph in advance, but she has a decent feign version of most of her openers (oddly, so do Misurugi and Cervantes). with the big boys, i tend to fence more with her pokes actually using the end of her weapon, to give me time to cancel out in-close. Mi-Na also has a pretty high grab priority, and a lot of her mid-range setups cancel very well straight into grabs if someone does get inside. Lizardman has a few nasty chains i've never figured out how to stop with her though.

I know someone who used to be a god as Talim. Never used her much, myself.
