True, but look at the idiots who also seem to be swimming in money. 16 ditzy cheerleader Wendy will still be able to afford a higher cost for a license as she drives around in Daddy's BMW. Maybe the solution is to make the test...harder? I think I drove for about a mile on my test, never made a left turn, couldn't merge worth shit, and didn't have to parallel park, and I still got it on my first try. THATS bullshit. |

No you can drive once you're 18. The lessons are required since your teacher has to book the exam. The test is pretty hard since they basically test everything possible within a reasonable timeframe. Depending on the city you're in you need more lessons as well, plus some driving schools charge 50 euros for 50 minutes, instead of 40 euros for 1 hour like mine did. |
