Oh, that final one. I could tell that the interest and desire of this game was waning, so I just said fuck it and just used the username. Yeah, yeah...I used the username. |

i think we either need to make the game shorter, or to do something to make it have a quicker pace. |

I think that the length of time isn't that bad, actually. |

The clues are the most important part. They're what we should focus on, IMO. |

Some of those are ones that like.. you would not have been able to figure out at all without being told how to figure it out.. |

Personally, I think the word riddles were better clues than the first set. |

The problems with some of them like the counting the I think was ridiculous.. because why I? There was no indication of why I specifically. It could have been anything else. I mean it could have been like "count the number of times a double letter appears" so like stuff like tt and pp and ee would count.. but there's no way of knowing unless the pattern is hinted at. Stuff like take first letter of every other word or every sentence is acceptable though because those are really basic. |

The way I see it, as long as somebody using the CORRECT method, can't come up with an INCORRECT answer it's fine. |

i agree. as long as the method isn't something that takes 2 PhDs in astrophysics to figure out, i don't think it needs to be too dumbed down. using just basic puzzles is retarded because after a while it's going to be too easy. Same deal with blatantly giving a key. i think what the riddle aspect most needs is a standard that puzzles have to meet, as well as requiring gradual difficulty, instead of random, insurmountable brick walls. one way to help this might be by requiring 2 hosts so that there is more than one neutral opinion about the riddle. another possible solution is requiring a basic riddle outline from the SK before the game starts. the final solution that i can think of is make the night phase less of a host break time and more of an SK strategy time. the current rules require the SK to send the next clue during the day. however, if we only require the next TARGET, with no clue, then we could use the night for the SK to come up with the riddle to match the target, as well as having it proofed by the host(s). |

Ugh internet died here. I had a pretty big post but I'll just shorten it now: - The riddles Choco posted could be interpreted multiple ways, which was annoying. - I like Shag's idea. *sips alcohol* |

I was thinking something like this: Town gets HP equal to the amount of players. With every death they loose 1 HP and once they reach 0 they lose. They can use HP to buy hints, the better the hint the more it costs. SK gets a set amount of AP than can make the town's progress much harder. This has to be balanced some how since using AP right after town got a hint might be a way too unfair advantage. |

and perhaps town could gain another hint for every 2 saves or so, likewise for the SK's SP. |

I think there should be levels of difficulty. Like each clue has a certain difficulty setting and the harder the clue is, the better the payoff for the town. |
