I rolled my ankle a lot my senior year in high school. I know I did it once during Ultimate frisbee but I forget the other times. But it occurred a lot and it pissed me the fuck off. Especially during the fencing season. |

I'm surprised I don't sprain my ankles more often; my ankles are quite small. The last time I sprained it was 9th grade summer during a game of football. So... it's been a while. |

Ever since I've sprained my ankle, I've learned how to crack my ankles now.... in about four ways.

Yeah, I can crack lots of things. ankles, toes, fingers, wrists, elbow if I do it right, neck, back, etc. <.< |

How do you crack your ankles? I've found that if I do a controlled roll (the way you roll your ankle, but YOU are in control) it can crack it. I've found that if I push up against my heel and I suppose push down with my foot, I'll crack it. If I drag my toe and apply a downward pressure it will crack as well as if I apply backward pressure in that runners stance too. Fun stuff. I know how to crack my neck in 4 ways too; both left and right sides and front and back. |

I only know left and right for my neck. I just crack my ankle by lifting my foot (like if you're sitting down... just lift your foot). It works a few times a day. |

i know how that feels speed, shit sucks. though i was playing basketball a few days ago, and as i was going up for a rebound, this huge guy(i was playing with people i didnt know with in the gym) bulldozed my legs, and i fell on my lower back, it still hurts everytimg i try to bend or move to the side...freaking huge black people....>_> |
