I think this is the dumbest plan you've ever come up with. "I think I've come up with stupider stuff, honestly. You're just mad because of your part in it." ...that doesn't make the plan any less stupid. Steely rolled her eyes as the pair walked into the forest from Deepwood, towards the pond nearby. Best place to look for something was near water, right? Everything had to get a drink at some point. "You don't even have to do anything. Maybe yawn at it if Rav can't manage a hypnosis for whatever reason. You know I have Apoc to take care of the weakening," she looked down at the pink cat, who still didn't seem too keen on the idea. Steely couldn't blame her at all, but... it was still going to be the quickest, easiest way to get this done. "Just... I don't know. Use your Female Magic or something. You should surely know how to do that, right?" they stopped near the water, and the trainer put her hands on her hips. Zelda just sighed and rolled her eyes. Just... keep Apoc ready. Let's get this over with as quickly as possible, she took a few steps away from Steely and looked around. Being psychic, Zelda could just... think outwards, instead of relying on whatever physical means to attract others of her species. In other words, she was trying to trick a dude eevee into coming where Steely could see it, so they could beat it up and shove it in a little ball. Something was either wrong with Steely's brain lately or she just couldn't be arsed to have every single creature on the planet come along with her willingly. Or she's just being impatient right now, who knows. Only she knew, and to be fair, do we really want to go into her mind to see? Yeah, I thought so. Steely was currently hiding in some bushes, or at least trying to, with Apocalypse's pokeball in her hand, ready to send the shark-dragon out to ruin someone's day. At Deepwood Pond. Trying to have Zelda the female espeon use her Feminine Powers to attract a male eevee. Or just using psychic brainwave of HEY DUDES COME HERE, PRETTY EEVEE EVOLUTION LADY-THING. 0.3 ![]() It was dumb. It was dubious. It was more than a little demeaning. But if it worked, it was worth it, right? Even if it only half-worked. Minutes passed, with Zelda sitting there looking thoroughly unimpressed, an odd contrast to the mental state she was projecting. Eventually, there was a rustling in the undergrowth, and a small, furry form wandered out of the forest and over to the water, looking around quizically, as if it was a little unsure how it got there. Success! An Eevee. But before you had a chance to start claiming your prize, there was another rustle, and another shape wandered out of the undergrowth - this one was ash-grey, with a raggedy coat. A Poochyena. And look, here was another one - a small, round, green sphere with a beak, hopping in from the branches surrounding the pond. A Natu. Hmmm, seems Zelda made her broadcast a little bit too general... -------------- 50 150/150 50 150/150 45 90/90~ Wandering round, trying to find the source of the enticing thoughts that called them. |

.2 ![]() Could have been better, could have been worse. All this meant was some free experience points, really. Because it wasn't like wild pokemon even stood a chance against the well oiled machine that was "Team Overkill". Hell, Steely felt bad about it for about three seconds before she shrugged and brought out a couple more pokemon. First, the huge purple bat, Ravage. He was fast and could keep the little nipper from running away, or so Steely hoped. "Rav, go get that Eevee, quick. Keep it from running and put it to sleep. Or just distract it to keep it from getting away. We gotta get rid of the other two, too..." While Steely was contemplating that, Ravage shot off like a bat out of hell, flapping through the trees to catch up with the eevee and keep it from escaping. He made eye contact with the cute furry creature, and attempted to put it to sleep. If that didn't work, he'd try a second time. His trainer was still contemplating the 'killing a fly with a sledgehammer' approach that she could do with her current mob of monsters, and shrugged with her conclusion. They'd just try to be careful. So she called out her last two pokemon, the mighty Legend of Thunder and the land shark. "Raijin, see the pretty green bird over there? Go zap it. Just a little! Only enough to faint it, don't kill the poor thing. Then send a little thunder wave at that eevee. Apoc, slash that poochyena but again, don't kill it. Then slash the eevee. I think it's a little more resilient..." Raijin nodded his head eagerly and bounded off like a giant kitten, crackling with electricity that he shot off in a bunch of different directions. Steely debated quietly if she should get him out and exercise him more. Apoc flexed her claws and headed in, slashing at her two targets with surgical precision. Steely walked calmly towards the carnage, pulling an Ultra Ball out of her coat, expanding it, and throwing it at the eevee when she could see again and all the attacks had settled. By now, Zelda was standing next to her, giving Steely a look. "What?" Whatever happened to you befriending everything you wanted to catch? "...eeeh. I kind of want to get back to Hillmoss quickly, and this is the faster way. Besides, I don't plan on using him right away, so he'll have plenty of time to cool off," If you say so. 0.3 ![]() Once again, Steely has proven her talents for creating messes of any given battlefield. And by messes, we mean 'generally breaking anything and everything she comes across'. It's actually a wonder all species of Pokémon haven't been classified as endangered whenever Steely enters the area. She's that much of a mess-leaver. Damn. The first casualty was the Eevee's wakefulness, and the poor little fuzzy puppy kitten hamster fell to the ground, sleeping peacefully. As peacefully as explosions and lightning flashing right by your face can be, anyway. When Raider struck his lightning blow, the Natu fainted, its body unable to handle the thundershock Raider had unleashed. The little thing's body convulsed as it fainted, on the brink of death. Damn close thing. And the Poochyena wasn't all that far behind, either, felled with a Slash. Then, the three beasts moved as one to strike the Eevee. A full dose of Sleep, a round of Paralysis, and a cut across its face - enough to majorly hurt it but not faint it - was on the cards. Then, in the stillness, an Ultra Ball lashed out and enveloped the creature in its light. Well... the poor thing was so succumbing to Steely's onslaught that it stood no chance. It's going to hate you when it wakes up. Raider gains 0.8 Ravage gains 0.1 Apoc gains 0.8 Caught: ![]() 50 30/150anger x13 |

.3 ![]() Yeah that's fine because Tempest is a bastard anyways. Steely leaned over and scooped the ball up off the ground, tossing it up and down a few times to feel that it was, indeed, occupied. She put it on her belt, thinking to deal with him later, and looked down at Zelda, "A lot easier then when I tried to catch you, huh?" I came along willingly, though. And I had an egg! Which you gave away! I'm still mad at you for that, the pink cat jabbed Steely in the leg with her paw, ears pinned back, Why did you even do that, since you want so many eevees now? "I was still trying to decide what pokemon I wanted. I didn't want to keep anything I'd never use, so I gave him to Cerby. C'mon, Cerby's taken great care of Bit," Steely inched towards Raider, whom she noticed was still holding his saddle. Man she'd nearly forgotten about that. "And it's not like I'm going to give any of your babies to people outside of the team now, anyways," she turned to Raider and took the saddle from him, "Now let's get this thing situated on you, huh?" Zelda sighed and rolled her eyes, knowing that this conversation was pretty pointless anyways. Ravage rested in a nearby tree to watch, while Apoc sat down and stared curiously at the whole thing. Steely managed to get the saddle on him when he crouched down, and got it tied on and all ready. "Kind of a shame we can't use it right now, huh? Forest is too hard to navigate, and we need to get back to Hillmoss now. Speaking of, how you feelin' Zelda?" Still kind of tired. Just a little, though. Give me a minute and I should be ready, the princess pokemon said, running a paw over her face and grooming. Well, that was fine. They could wait. Just a few minutes, right? What's the worst that could happen? With Raider and Apoc there, not a whole lot, really. 0.3 ![]() And that was that. After the massive carnage of a knock-out six-way battle, nobody really wanted to go near them. Particularly not with Thunder God Raikou with them; indeed, the Raikou was their saving grace as he alone kept their enemies at bay with his mere presence. You did not anger the Gods willingly, and this was no different. Left alone, Steely was able to make her final preparations in peace, so she could go back to Hillmoss and go on an adventure. Okay, so it was really Raider's adventure, and the details we have of these shenanigans are a little fragmented, but who cares? It'd get done. Eventually....Right? Either way, why not try that teleporting thing now? The pretty pink princess has probably recovered from having a bird poop on her again- Splat! Lucky bird. It hit next to Zelda this time - but it was a warning. Yes, that had been intentional. That was their forest. Poopin' and sleepin' were what they did. But, wait. You were sure there was a little tiny robot sitting on top of that bird... and that bird'd just come from the direction of Rose Town... and you were sure that you could hear the word 'misery sex' from the robot. Riiiiiight. This didn't need to be any more screwed up. Just get out of here and restore a part of the tiny fragment that is Steely's sanity. |

.2 lololSUMMON. THE. WHOOOOOOOORES! "...well that was weird." Ready to go now? "Yeah I think so," Steely recalled Apoc, Raider, and Ravage, and looked around. Nice, peaceful forest. Or at least the forest that didn't give a shit. Either way... "Let's get out of here," she reached down, scooped the espeon up, and the psychic made them disappear.
