Intro - please read first! Carreaux Square was bustling with activity. Trainers of all ages, from all areas of Opaddeka, could be found along the paved brick roads of the virtual town. Some had come here strictly for business in Hart Station, or to post an advertisement on the Tigull Board, but most of the trainers here had come to relax. After all, training Pokemon could be exhausting sometimes, and Poketechopia was the perfect place to get away from it all and just socialize without needing to think about winning battles and catching them all. These trainers were gathered in groups all over the area, chatting with each other and simply enjoying their little vacation from reality. Douche, however, was there to exploit the system. Provided before him was an area full of trainers with tons of interesting stuff at their disposal, looking for fun things to do to pass the time. He had come up with a plan, and was currently seated against the outer wall of the cafe doodling in a spiral-bound notebook. The boy was just putting the finishing touches on his last masterpiece, and in a moment, he'd be off to swindle these fine folks out of their hard-earned valuables. A smirk slipped onto Douche's face as he put the cap back on his pen and shoved it into his bag. He couldn't help it. His idea was brilliant. Standing up, he brushed some dirt off of his pants and finger-combed through his scraggly brown hair. If he planned to get anything worthwhile, it couldn't hurt to make himself look a little bit more like a respectable youth instead of a bratty kid. Hopefully he didn't look half bad. He'd never needed to care too much about his appearance before, so Douche really had no idea how others saw him. Well, it was time to see how this scheme of his would fare. He flipped the notebook back to the first page, tossed his bag over his shoulder, and walked towards the first large group of trainers he saw. He'd have to be as polite and charming as possible to pull this off. "Excuse me," he said in the sweetest voice he could muster, "but would anyone like to play a game with me? It's really simple... I've drawn a silhouette, and you're supposed to guess what it is. Does anyone think they know what this is?" He held up the first of his drawings so everyone could see: ![]() "The catch is, you've got to bet something in order to guess. It can be anything you can afford - Pokemon, zenni, or items - and you'll get it back along with something of mine if you guess right. But if you guess wrong, I get to keep what you bet." Douche took a breath and fidgeted slightly, trying his best to hide how nervous he was. "So, is anyone interested?" How this will work

The first to answer Douche was a girl, who leaned to one side to be seen past the people standing in front of her. She looked like one those girls who used to punch boys on the playground for not letting her play with them, only grown up some, probably high school age. Gangly and rather unnattractive, with was wearing a T-shirt with a skull on it and black jeans, and her hair was bleached white. She stepped around the people in front of her, and bent at the waist to look at Douche's drawing, which looked particularly stupid because, while she was taller than some ten year old, she certainly wasn't going to be playing basketball any time soon, and he was holding the picture up. A wide, cat-like grin crossed her face and she reached into her pocket as she stood up straight again. Sure, everything was digital, but she seemed to see fit to be dramatic by pulling a set of dark shades out of her jean pocket and twirling them once. "Okay, kid, I'll play. These Blackglasses say that's an above shot of a coiled up Ekans." Edited by Vulpix Windchimes, Feb 2 2011, 11:13 AM.

Go for it, run towards it, dive in head first. Live life with no regrets!

The second was also a girl, but kind of not! It was kind of not because it was a giant silver colored metal dog. Well giant isn't really right. It had a large body like a pit bull and a long tail more fitted for a dragon then a dog, and her ears just barely went over most people's heads. Oh and a mane of gold feathers. She muscled her way though the people and walked right up to the picture, squinting her blue lens-eyes at it. You could tell because the light of the glow narrowed. The giant metal dog reared her head back and tilted her head. It's a sandshrew curled up in a ball, Paaause. Oh, shit, right, shiny object. Um. Here, she popped open a plate of armor on her chest, reached inside, and produced a silver metal canister-looking thing. Oh, a metal coat. Well that kinda made sense. The third person to take a shot at the contest was also a girl. She was short, with brown, messy hair that poked out from under her black hoodie. The color of her eyes was hidden by a pair of shades. Her jeans were ripped, but the mud around the tears made it clear that it wasnt a fashion statement. All in all, she looked mysterious. Not in a cool way, but in a Holy hell, where is your face?! way. Well, doesnt this look like fun? she said to no one in particular. She grinned in a slightly unsettling manner. She focused her gaze on Douche (Well, we guess she did. Those shades made it hard to tell) and put her hands on her hips. It wasnt too hard for her to see the kid was a bit nervous. Her grin only widened at this. Aw, arent you just the cutest? It sounded less like a compliment and more like she was about to eat you. Looks like douche managed to attract a psycho. Fun times for all! She looked at the picture next. She nodded thoughtfully and watched as the other girl bet a pair of Blackglasses. She frowned and quickly sought through her pockets. She took out... a spoon... Well... It was interesting, at least. This Twisted Spoon - shut up, its totally a valuable item okay?! - says its a... She paused for a second to give it some thought. ...well, a Poliwag with its limbs cut off probably isnt much of a guess! For some reason she thought this was hilarious, as she giggled at it. So lets say its an Omanyte, hiding in its shell. Edited by Zeru, Feb 2 2011, 01:43 PM.

Garret Langhood looked up from his digital sudoku he had in his lap to gaze at the kid making a spectacle of himself. He said he had a game to play at the cost of some belongings, items and such. Garret hmphed quietly to himself. For a grade-schooler the kid was certainly a crafty con-artist. Obviously, the game was rigged. With as vague a clue as the one he offered, he could easily deny every answer anyone guessed and claim it to be something else entirely. Then again, most carnival games were rigged. Even then, sometimes you lost, sometimes you leave with the giant stuffed lobster. Setting down his own game of numbers, the blue haired man trotted over to the 10 year old. "How about a potion for now, and if your questions get any better we'll start talking objects of better value." He tossed a Super Potion onto the closest table to start the 'Pot'. "Since it's clearly not going to be the most obvious of answers, it's a Gastly without it's gas veil." Probably not the best answer, but there was just a Super Potion at stake, let's humor the runt. |

You are John Egbert. You walk in. You see this dude waving around a poster that has this black dot on it. You think he is crazy, but then you take notice of all these crazy dudes and dudettes. You think that it may be worth it to take part in this craziness. Besides, you really need to get rid of this Smoke Ball. Sure it may be handy every now and then, but the smoke really gets to your eyes. You stare at this black dot, and start guessing. Pester Log

Another person walked up. Adorned with a long striped purple scarf, green shirt, and brown slacks. A pair of glasses seemed to be perched on his nose with none of those fold-y parts that go to your ears to hold them up. He looked at the picture. Clearly it couldn't be something obvious like a Voltorb or Electrode, he would need to think of something clever and a little out of the box. "Hmmm, I guess it's an Unown O but the open parts inside the O are filled in." The man nodded at that. While he would never guess at something like this in the real world, the Poketechopia seemed to... dampen his normal guessing abilities. He figured that here he could have a little fun with chance. "As for a wager... 500 should be sound."

Ooh, a crowd. Let's see what's going on. A few seconds later, the assembled group of trainers was joined by a young blonde woman, who peered over the shoulder of one of the girls at the front to take a look at the picture. Seeing over people's heads had never been a problem for her, not when she was six-two without heels. She had genetics to thank for that one. "So we just bet whatever we like, and guess?" The tall girl asked, eyeing up the picture with suspicion. It was probably not going to be the obvious answer, otherwise the kid wouldn't be making bets with people in the first place. Besides, someone had already guessed Voltorb. I bet Alex would get a kick out of this. "Tell you what," She said, pulling out a few coins. "Here's 50z. I'll double it for each drawing." Which she probably would. Best hope that there weren't too many of these, then. "Right. It's a Jigglypuff, viewed from above." |

An elderly man ambled by, his petite wife at his arm, the pair weary after a long day of, I dunno, cribbage. As they crossed the bustling square, he twisted his body towards the growing crowd of virtual gamblers. Already, his wife was tugging at his arm. "George!" she hissed, "not again! Please!" But she knew it was no use. "Just for a while?" He asked, and she quickly relented with a sigh and short giggle. "Oh, fine! If you must." And he dragged his graying partner to the center of the square. He watched the others place their bets and make their guesses. He mostly focused on the young man with the drawing. Finally, with some prodding from his wife, he walked ahead and placed a few Rare Candy Bars in the pot. "I'm not quite sure... but my guess is that it's not a Pokemon. Maybe one of those... Pokeballs?" |

*exasperation*
|
This game seemed to have attracted many people in the digital world, and no wonder either: the shape was a circle after all, a broad shape, and many bets had been placed. Another girl that had been watching, no older than six or seven, stepped forward and handed what seemed to be a saran wrapped-package to the young boy, her mother accompanying the little girl. The food was a warm purpley colour, cut into a rectangle, and seemed to be a dessert of some kind. "Mister, I think it's a Ditto impersonating an Electrode!" The girl exclaimed, her mouth opened optimistically and eyes shining from the excitement. "And if I'm wrong you can have my purple-cake thing!" Her mother, dressed professionally, sweatdropped and brushed the girl's brunette hair away from her face (where it had fallen back in). "It's an Old Gateau dearie." The girl stuck her tongue out. "Whatever mom," she chimed. "Now, we can't leave until the game is over!" Her mother sighed and settled in for a long, long wait. |

Nicole Whitemen peered curiously at the steadily growing crowd in the distance, wondering what could possibly be able to form such a large crowd in mere minutes. Yes, she was very, VERY curious. She poked her glasses upward and patted her hair into position before walking into the crowd. The people were staring at a small notepad grasped carefully in the hands of some random boy. And sketched onto that notepad was a black circle. Next to it was a question mark along with the word 'Pokemon'. Hm, what was this? Was this some kind of guessing game? Nicole rolled her eyes as the people around her blurted out answers, some oddly complex and some others merely simple. That black circle could be anything at all. The moon was round, coins were round, a whole bunch of Pokemon were round, some types were round. The possible answers were endless and participating this was silly, especially since they had to offer something. And most of them were offering such expensive stuff. Typical. Abigail had never been much a fan of gambling. But she was bored. Abigail had run out of things to do, most of her friends were busy with work and her Pokemon were too tired to play with her. Abigail sighed, realizing that this perhaps would entertain her for a few moments. She dug around in her pockets and after a few seconds, fished out a necklace. Threaded through the black string was a blue gem, carved into a teardrop. Rainbows danced on the ground as light touched the gem. It was a Mystic Water, something she intended to use on her Vaporeon, a timid, pretty creature. Mystic Waters were known to increase the power of Water type moves. But her Vaporeon was definitely quite powerful already. Abigail was sure that she didn't need the Mystic Water so much. Waving the item in his face, she guessed, "Could it be a Life Orb?" |

GenExp Douche was surprised but pleased at the amount of attention his little scam-*cough*-GAME was getting. He figured only a few people would want to take a gamble, and that he'd easily be able to make off with a some nice things. But with so many people crowding around him, trying to see the silhouette in his notebook... well, what would happen if someone got angry? Would he be able to run off before getting pummeled? If he got pummeled, would his wounds even show up back in the real world? Oh boy, he hadn't thought of that. Douche gulped, thinking of the potential consequences he hadn't imagined before. Everything worked so smoothly in his head! He'd just have to hope it turned out just as well for real, because it was too late to go back now. More and more people were coming, and some had already started rifling through their belongings for their wager. Better get your shit straight, son! The first to guess was a teen with bleached white hair, donning a skull t-shirt. Douche's first impression was to wonder if she was actually a boy, but the presence of boobs said otherwise. Then he thought she might be the type to get physical with little punks like him. He gulped once more as he took her Blackglasses, thanked her for her business, and moved on to the next person. Er, dog. ...Robot? Whatever it was, it was AWESOME! Though he still had butterflies in his stomach, the shot of adrenaline he got from seeing something so cool helped him hide the nerves. This was a fucking TALKING METAL DOG! And it wanted to play his game! Douche took the creature's payment and smiled awkwardly at it, unable to convey his admiration for the beast properly. He barely wanted to look away from it, it was that cool! But other betters were waiting for him. Maybe he could buy one of his OWN talking robot dogs with all the cool shit he was going to get, if his game stayed this popular! On to the third. This girl... or was it a girl? Douche couldn't tell because it was wearing a baggy hoodie that inconveniently hid both its face AND its chest. But that was cleared up when it spoke, in a feminine voice. A spooky feminine voice, however, that was nearly threatening. A moment ago, he probably would have been a little put off by that tone, but Douche was still running on his amazement of robo-dog. Anyway, he took her Twisted Spoon and listened to her guess, secretly thinking her first idea of a limbless Poliwag was kinda funny. He thanked her for her patronage and then turned to the next up. This one was a guy, the one with blue hair Douche had seen earlier playing one of those nerdy number games. He'd thought that a smarty-pants guy like him would take no part in a game like this, but apparently, Douche was wrong. Well, all the better for him! A Super Potion was put up as a bid, with the promise of more valuable things to come if the questions got better. Douche certainly thought he had gotten craftier as he worked on each question, but it remained to be seen whether or not the blue-haired boy agreed. Next up was another nerdy guy. Two in a row? Aww man, he didn't want to have a total sausage fest here. Where'd all the ladies go? Oh well. He answered the kid's question, took his Smoke Ball, and tried not to giggle when he guessed Voltorb. Really? Is that the best he could come up with? Maybe he wasn't too smart after all. But that was just fine, 'cause it meant he wouldn't be clever enough to think outside the box. Douche hoped he stuck around to play the rest of the game and kept guessing the obvious. On to the next... Goddamn it, ANOTHER dude?! Bah. Well, whatever, he was a payin' customer. Kind of a weird one, though, if his clothing said anything about him. A purple scarf for a guy? Didn't he know purple was a girl's color? Perhaps he was a faggot, but Douche didn't care so long as the money flowed - 500z of it! He placed the zenni safely in a pocket, then looked for another player. Awesome, another girl. Whew! And upon getting a better look, she was a smokin' hot blonde bombshell, in heels! Any last shred of nervousness was gone at this point, and a sly smile plastered itself across his face. She handed over 50 zenni, and promised to double it for each question... without even knowing how many he had in store. Holy crap, she must be rich! Douche didn't want to work out the math, but he knew the number would skyrocket quickly. This was someone he needed to keep on his good side! "Thank you very much, ma'am," he said to her, and winked. Girls liked that, right? But then another GUY came along and rudely butted in on Douche's moment with the blonde. Fucker. He didn't even have anything good to give. Who the fuck wants a mushroom? He could buy those at the store way cheap, and anyway, they tasted disgusting. The boy began to glare, but then remembered his lady friend was still standing right there. He had to play nice, so he took the mushroom and put it with everything else, as if it had value. Coming towards him now was an elderly couple. The wife nearly pulled him away, but she relented. Good, old people were usually pretty generous, especially to cute kids! He put some Rare Candy Bars into the growing pile of spoils, and took his guess. Douche smiled and thanked him, adding a compliment on his wife's outfit. That oughtta buy him some brownie points, yeah? Speaking of brownies, the next guesser - a young girl of maybe 7 - handed Douche some sort of purple confection wrapped in plastic and decided to guess it was a Ditto. She seemed pretty bright for her age, to think of something like that. Douche felt a small pang of sadness that she'd be losing her Old Gateau, as her mother called it... but it was a fair bet, since the mom didn't try to stop her. He thanked them, and said it wouldn't be long 'til the answer was revealed, since the rush of new people had dwindled. It looked like there was one more person who wanted a try, however. This girl didn't say too much, seeming to be lost within her own thoughts more or less. But she gave Douche a Mystic Water, and guessed that the silhouette was a Life Orb. And with that last guess, the round had come to an end. "Thank you all again for giving this game a shot! I'm sure you're all ready to see the answer, right?" Douche addressed the crowd boldly, looking over every one of his players (but lingering for quite a bit on the hot blonde). He took hold of the edge of the notebook page, paused dramatically, then grinned enthusiastically as he flipped it over to reveal the answer: ![]() "Nice try to all, but the answer is... Eevee!" Douche tore out the page and handed it to the crowd to pass around for a closer look, if they wished. Doing so revealed the next silhouette to guess, giving them very little time to think, and thus, less time to dwell on any potential anger. ![]() "And here is another chance to win, with the same rules as before. Would anyone like to try again? ...Or maybe there are some new people who would like to give it a go?" |

( 20 Betting)It was Pictionary Time! The second time in the Cafe and it was active! Another kid would enter the game. Young as he was, seeing other kids accumulating in one area, Rubin would be easily pulled in by curiosity. He had that stereotypical, "Hey, I'm Red from the PKMNAdv manga" trainer look to him, with open jacket, hat (with black visor), dark hair, and all. Hair was longer and his eyes were of a different color; also, a composed-looking Treecko was on his shoulder. Rubin approached close enough to see the billboard, cupping his chin with one hand as he entered thinking mode. "Hmmm....hmmm...whacha think it is Treecko?" He asked, eyes brieftly swerving to the reptile on his shoulder. Treecko hooded his eyes at Douche and his board. Looking back, "Rubs" couldn't help but think how much it looked like a bear or some dinosaur. With its rounded arms and ears, definately some strange stuffed animal. Rubin quickly replied, "....Loudred?" Treecko looked at his trainer, and tilted his head. Edited by Val_GO, Feb 4 2011, 03:07 PM.

Oh dear, the kid was winking at her. Maybe she shouldn't have worn such an attention-grabbing tank top and shorts. Although come to think of it, weren't the clothes that people wore here merely a visual representation of the digital self? In that case, it probably said more about the programmers of Poktechopia than it did about her. And of course, she was wrong about the Jigglypuff, because it was obviously a curled-up Eevee. This game was so rigged. Whatever, I'm over it. Now come on Jen, what's the next one? The second silhouette was an Ursaring... wait. That probably meant that it wasn't. If she squinted, the arms kinda looked like the ears of something back on the ranch... Pulling out a few more coins, the girl turned her attention to the little quizmaster. "Okay. 100z says it's a Wynaut in an Ursaring costume." |

Abigail rolled her eyes at the answer. She had thought so, she had guessed so. No, she had known so. This wasn't just a typical game. This was a scam. Since, well, really? An Eevee? Yes, this definitely was a scam. As she stared at the Ursaring silhouette which had come up next, she couldn't help sighing. That picture definitely couldn't have been an Ursaring and whoever that guessed so.... Well, she pitied them. But yet, why was this game getting quite interesting? Well, Abigail had always been such a fan of challenges and this one, definitely DID challenge her. It definitely wouldn't hurt to try just one more time right? Hm, she supposed so. But what else did she have to offer? Abigail grabbed the backpack off her shoulders and zipped it open to check what valuables lay inside. She could only hope that there was something she was willing to offer. In the bag was typical stuff; potions, Pokeballs, food; all neatly organized into separate sections. But one had to dig in to see what valuables truly laid inside. And that was how Abigail had found a bottle of Moomoo Milk. It definitely wasn't that valuable but she hoped Douche would take it. "Err, sir, here's a bottle of Moomoo Milk," Abigail handed the bottle over. She paused, wondering what she would guess this time. She needed to think insane, mad thoughts which no sane person would ever guess. She clicked her fingers as she gave him her answer, "Could it be a robot?" Edited by Wish, Feb 4 2011, 09:02 PM.

"Oh!" cried George through a hearty laugh as the card was revealed. Phyllis jabbed him in the side. "Told you!" The two searched for a bench as their breathy laughter died down. The next card was shown. The 70-something barber squinted from his seat at the black shape shown. "Can you see it, Phil?" he asked, turning to face his partner. "See what? Oh!" She said. "I dunno... looks like a Wobbu thing!" "A wobbu thing?" he said, pulled out a comb and absentmindedly straightening his thinning hair. "Well, let's see." He stood up and walked up to Douche. "You're good, kid." He said, placing a 1000 zeni coin at his feet. "We guess a Wobbufett!" |

The hooded girl grinned as she noticed Douche staring at her chest. She probably didnt realize it was only to confirm her gender. She crossed her arms and stared at him. She was staring... rather intently, actually... Lets just move on, shall we, before she does something illegal? The girl frowned as the Eevee was revealed, but her smile returned pretty quickly, though and she simply shrugged. Either she didnt notice the game was rigged, or she didnt care. Either option was likely. When the next picture got revealed, she stared and then nodded to herself. She took out a... a... are you kidding me? Im gonna wager this STICK! She held said object in the air. She was probably trying to be dramatic, but it was still a stick. Wait, no, actually, on closer inspection it wasnt a stick at all. Nor was it the object that was also named Stick. No, it was a Poison Barb. She didnt know what it was, apparently. And this STICK- Poison Barb. - shut up! - says... its a Kangaskhan! |

Garret squinted at the next clue. It was less vague than the first hint, so his opinion on whether this was a scam or not lighted. Clearly the kid was playing his cards right; play a round where everyone was destined to lose something so that the second round would pique their desire to try and win back what they lost. People wagered and called out answers, some of the guesses made no sense. It seemed people these days had lost all common sense. The silhouette reminded Garret of something but he couldn't...quite...put his finger on it......OH! "It's an Abomasnow!" He shouted, sure that his answer was correct. He slapped 1,000z on the betting table to prove his confidence. |

The girl's smile didn't waver. "Wow, mister, you're really clever!" She jumped brightly up and down. "This is a fun game!" However, her mom sighed. This was an obvious scam. An Eevee? Could their ears even bend so far back? The next silhouette was obviously an Ursaring, but at this rate, she would have guessed some sort of totem pole of Pokemon stacked up together. Or a Ditto shaping into an Ursaring. Obviously her girl wasn't that smart. Cindy produced a few Lava Cookies, the syrup seeping out. "It's an Ursaring-" The tall woman covered her daughter's mouth. "Don't say that, it's not." "But... it is!" The mother sighed and decided to let her daughter guess whatever she wanted. In any case, the boy could have tried to throw everyone off with a whacked silhouette at first, but then turned around and did something really obvious that nobody would guess. |

GenExp So far, so good. Douche had not gotten mauled by anyone, not even the few he thought might be a tad on the crazy side. Nobody even seemed to be all that upset when the answer was revealed. Awesome, his plan was totally going to work! As the crowd spent some time contemplating the next puzzle, Douche's mind began imagining himself with all the sweet loot he was getting. He'd be such a badass, pimpin' out his Pokemon with all these neat stat increasing items. And the zenni! Oh boy, what he could buy with all this zenni he was going to get! Douche couldn't even decide on anything just yet. It needed some serious consideration, and perhaps a look through his new team's store. He'd heard there was some cool stuff in there. But who knew what the 10-year-old would decide on. At this point in his life, he operated almost solely on whims, so he might just end up with a year's supply of Twix bars! By now, enough time had passed by for some of the players to be ready to guess. Douche mentally filed away the picture of him rolling around in a giant pile of zenni and instead focused on continuing the game. The first kid was new to the game - must've pushed his way in while Douche's mind was preoccupied - and guessed a popular internet meme, Pedobear. Without being able to help it, Douche laughed, realizing how easily his drawing COULD be Pedobear. But it wasn't, and he'd kinda just given that away. Whoops! But the boy's hand moved fast and snatched up the Revive before the retainer'd kid could take it back. A deal's a deal, right? The next to guess was also new to the game. Jeez, had Douche really been daydreaming enough to completely miss the arrival of two new victims? He'd better pay more attention to the (virtual) real world, and put his overactive imagination on hold. Anyway, the second newcomer was young like himself, but Douche was definitely cooler than he was. The twenty zenni offered was put swiftly into Douche's bag, and his guess was noted. Then, the hot blonde stepped up to bat. Oh god. Douche had just banished his imagination to the back of his mind, but her presence brought it right back out again. He couldn't help it! That tank top hugged her body so splendidly, and he even thought he could see a tiny bit of bra poking out where the top dipped low! She'd begun to speak, though, and he listened carefully to her guess. "Oh, so you like costumes, huh?" the boy replied with a goofy grin. Just then, a bottle of milk was handed to him. Milk? What the-? Oh, it was Moomoo Milk, and it was payment from the next guesser. She was really thinking out of the box, and proposed that the silhouette was actually a robot. Douche wished he had thought of something neat like that. This gal was pretty good at playing his game, but alas, not good enough! Next up was the older couple. This time, both the husband AND the wife had a hand in coming up with their guess. Looks like he convinced her to take the gamble, Douche thought, or perhaps that compliment really did the trick!. Well, the more the merrier, especially since they were giving him some pretty good stuff. One thousand zenni this time! A whole THIRD of his life savings he'd started with! Man, why couldn't he have had these guys in his family instead of his loser dad and brother? He didn't have time to dwell on his genetic misfortune because the creepy hooded girl was poking at him with her next payment item, a stick. No, a Poison Barb, she clarified. Much more useful! He put it along with the rest of this round's stash and moved on. The number game nerd was next. He seemed to struggle for an answer, but before long the light had turned on in his head. His thousand zenni had the silhouette pegged for an Abomasnow, and he seemed quite confident he was correct. Well, he'd find out soon, as there seemed to be just one more person wanting to guess this time. The last one was the young girl with her mom. She handed over some Lava Cookies and guessed the obvious answer. Apparently she wasn't as clever as he'd thought, or perhaps this question was just harder for her. Again, the mother didn't try to stop her, so he took her payment and looked around one more time for anyone else who wanted to guess. Nobody? Well then, it was time to reveal the correct answer... ![]() "It's the Yeti!" piped up Douche, gleeful that nobody had guessed correctly. "Don't you guys know your Opaddeka history? This badass has been here to screw up unsuspecting trainers' journeys for AGES! I thought everyone knew about it!" The boy laughed heartily as he flipped to the next page. "The next one's a toughie. Better put on your thinking caps!"

.3 The silhouette was revealed to all and Abigail just couldn't help cursing. It was a yeti, a flipping yeti. She rolled her eyes once again, taking bits of knowledge in. The first silhouette had been something completely unexpected, the second silhouette had been something which was quite similar to an Ursaring, which was what most people would think it was. Hm, what would he do next? What could he do? The next silhouette was rather odd. It was flat on the top, pointy at the bottom and it had a circle on each side. Yes, like the boy had said, this one was a toughie. What could it be, huh? Abigail was sure that this picture definitely wasn't a Pokemon, Pokemon Item, famous trainers or Pokemon food. Thus, Abigail believed that this one hadn't been messed up with in any way. The silhouette must be representing what it actually was. Abigail took a closer look at the picture and she couldn't help remembering seeing it somewhere. But where? Where had she seen it? Abigail took another squint and then suddenly recalled of a Pokemon Comic she had read before. It had been funny and she remembered something shaped like the silhouette on the face of one of the funny guys. It suddenly made sense. Yes, this was without a doubt that 'cool face'. That 'cool face', yes, she was sure of it. Abigail got out a notepad of her own and sketched it out and labelled it to be 'cool face' at the bottom. She took out a Watmel Berry in quite a rush and handed it to the person. With eyes bright and spirits hopeful, she pointed to the 'cool face' picture she had drawn, "This." (Edit: Haha, I made a mistake. Shouldn't be giving out real moment *returns to 2050 )( is now to 4.1 )Treecko shook his head. I wasn't even close, thought Rubin, feeling a little gloom that he lost that round. But he just got here and there was no reason for him to give up on the game now. Course, he didn't realize that Douche was a douche and didn't sense any weaseling from the game. So the so-called "yeti" was taller than a Loudred, but the kid didn't know much else. Was a "yeti" some kind of ice pokemon? Rubin didn't contemplate long on his error and took out ten coins, giving out his next answer. "That one! A head of a Steelix!"
