Looking for a happiness point or two for the two pokemon... [Yutiv & Orkilix] -------------------------------- Location; Misthenge -> Murmur Valley Landmark; Northern part of Unclearable Fog Marsh 2 Destination; Northern Sinklands 2 -> Mist Valley -> Sinklands 1 -> Soggy Dirt -> Brightopolis. -------------------------------- Leaving Misthenge, the northern part of the Unclearable Fog Marsh, part two, wasn't too hard to begin in. Kaizanu decided it would be best if Akita rested, her body still needed a slower healing, she would be better by the time they reach Brightopolis, and she still needed time to heal mentally. Time heals all wounds, unless you pick at them, someone once said, and so Kaizanu dared not pick at the wounds by having Akita walk with her to Brightopolis. Instead, Kaizanu brought two other pokemon with her, it had been a long time since they had come with her, or at least, for the unevolved one. Yutiv, a great Charmeleon walked to her side, his flaming tail's light blurred into the fog, a globe of light, leading the way. "Thanks for everything back there," Kaizanu said, having used Yutiv as a last resort to hit the horn, and here it was, the fruit of his strength, a small tattoo on her hand. The red dragon nodded, his silent ways keeping his mind, and only when his fierce battling counter-personality did he truly speak in his native tongue. Kaizanu paused for a moment, stopping in her tracks, the dragon noting this and turned around, the steady rhythm of his trainer's feet no longer sounding to his ears. He tilted his head in a questioning manner. Kaizanu kneeled down to the dragon and hugged him, which he returned, his strong claws patting her back in a comforting way, his eyes closed as he accepted the token of kindness. "Couldn't have done it without you, believe me," Kaizanu said, giving a final pat to the dragon, a small smile given in exchange, a small, heartful growl lightening his silent figure. She stood up and even Yutiv felt rejuvenated. They were happy now, Yutiv felt loved as he was, ever since arriving to Kaizanu's possession through what he thought to be an alien, but true, he did not fear anything. He was as he was, strong, silent, and fearless. Kaizanu knew that all her pokemon deserved passion and love, so she gave what she could, in the hopes of gaining the close companionship she had with some of her other pokemon. Now, Kaizanu brought forth another pokemon, the red flash blobbing for a moment before a green shape appeared, begin a steady run on all-fours, keeping up with their pace. Yutiv gave a small nod to acknowledge the newly let-out pokemon, his cold, calm appearance kept, as if the token of warmth had never been recieved, the dragon remaining under a premanent guise of unknown pride. "Long time no see," Kaizanu admited, picking up the Treecko easily, carrying him for a moment, which he enjoyed, before the pangs of his pride forced him to climb onto Kaizanu's shoulder and be more 'manful'. Kaizanu laughed, but clearly the Treecko was enjoying himself. "How've you been lately, Orkilix?" She was cool in the manner of her asking, but she was also happy to see her old friend again after a long seperation. "Treecko!" he responded happily, having been 'good' while he was with Professor Willow, obviously having enjoyed himself, hanging around the other grass pokemon for a change. Kaizanu didn't raise many, if any, grass types, and so far, Orklix, this Treecko, had been her first, as far as she saw it, she didn't need any other kind of grass type; this made Orkilix feel special. Between them, they were warm to each other, as Kaizanu tried to be with all of her pokemon. Treecko, despite his fun vacation, was indeed overjoyed at returning to his trainer's side. Orkilix felt strong and proud, even if he was the weakest of her current team, he would strive to become stronger and intended to impress the lady of the team, Akita. Several times before, Orkilix and Yutiv had gotten into spats about Akita. Deep down, they both loved the watery-colored crocodile, but there seemed to be something that Orkilix couldn't compete with, which, now, was most likely size, which would probably always be an issue. Naturally, the Treecko line had always been a foot or a little less than that shorter than either the Totodile and Charmander lines, so he had no means to compete. Although... he knew, when he would one day become a Sceptile, Orkilix would be the same height as a Charizard - five foot, seven inches. However, he would be lighter, but faster than the, what he liked to call, fat Charizard. Yutiv just saw it this way: 'When I'm a Charizard, I can still burn that green plant, and I can fly.' versus Orkilix, who liked to think of the possibilities of winning over Akita. But, come to think of it, Akita would be two good feet taller than either of them, if then, who would she choose? Not another Feraligatr...? Orkilix weeped at the thought, but truly, unbeknowst to either, Akita saw them both as really good friends, but only had eyes for their trainer. Maybe a 'lesbian' pokemon, but Akita liked it that way, and there was no way to change her mind. ...And this was the resident family of Kaizanu's team, the twisted, messed up relations of her pack! Yutiv & Orkilix & Kaizanu >Love> Akita Yutiv >Hate< Orkilix Kaizanu >Love> Akita & Yutiv & Orkilix Akita >Love> Kaizanu And that was basically it. :3 Welcome to the wonderful world of Kaizanu's Pokemon! - But onward, they walked. |

*I really wanted someone else to mod this, lol. Those two get 2 each and whatnot.*.4 Walking around aimlessly in the fog left a trainer vulnerable to an extent. There, of course, was a problem with this, however. All of your pokemon were protecting you, so any wild creature would be in for it. Seriously. Then you fell. The sinklands had apparently arrived. No matter how many times one traversed these turbulous lands, the sinklands always had a way of sneaking up on people, causing them to fall face-first into the mud, just as it had done to you. Whilst pulling yourself up from the ground, something in front of you caught your attention. A Buneary to be exact. It was hopping along in the fog, probably unsure of where it was going... just sure that it was going somewhere. ![]() ![]() level 15 30/30 |

Gen.EXP; 0.2 - Aww... am I that bad? D: -------------------------------- Location; Misthenge -> Murmur Valley Landmark; Northern part of Unclearable Fog Marsh 2 Destination; Northern Sinklands 2 -> Mist Valley -> Sinklands 1 -> Soggy Dirt -> Brightopolis. -------------------------------- So, while Kaizanu removes the mud from her face, she wonders why the basic principle of "change" isn't applied to the pokemon world were things gradually become a land region instead of, "Whoops! I suddenly decided to change from sunny to blizzards!" but perhaps it was because it was the pokemon world it was as such... Kaizanu couldn't focus any more as her attention shifted to a Buneary in the lessening fog. Yutiv was carefully walking into the marsh, keeping his tail high and out of the mud with ease. He, as a pokemon, was able, by instinct, to know where the mud was less deep and kept to that, watching his trainer, keeping back his laughter, fall in with out grace, causing Orkilix, who rode on her shoulder, to jump off into the mud to save her dignity by the sacrifice of his own, which he didn't mind. The Treecko landed easily without too much noise, in fact, and caught sight of the Buneary almost right away. Kaizanu eyed it carefully and whispered for Yutiv to stay back, this battle would be Orkilix's. The dragon nodded. "Sneak up on it and be like a Ninja, keep to the fog as your cover." Orkilix nodded and scurried on the surface of the marshy lands, without the least troubles as his eyes glowed an unusual red, briefly, Detecting the Buneary as he plotted his attack. Using his speed, Orkilix attempted to position himself behind the Buneary, but when he got the Buneary to look elsewhere, he shot a glob of green energy at her. Without losing another moment, Orkilix scurried off to another area so his position wouldn't be given away. Lv. 10 20/20[Detect + Energy Ball] Ev's; + 1 Def vs. Lv. 15 30/30

.3 *You rock, that thing just confused me a bit... that long post I mean.* Treecko scurried around the marsh like a little Surskit atop the waters surface. But... so did Buneary. This bunny lived in this marsh, and was not to be outdone by an outsider. Buneary used Foresight to identify your "ninja" pokemon through the thick fog. With vision on its side, there was no way it could lose... or was there? To further hinder your chances, the bunny used Agility, causing its speed to rise more than it was before. Now, of course with the ability of sight and speed, this bunny was at an advantage, and Energy Ball missed. Instead of hitting Buneary, it landed helplessly in the mud. ![]() level 10 20/20 *foresight'd* vs ![]() level 15 30/30 *speed +2* |

Gen.EXP; 0.2 - Sorry. D: -------------------------------- Location; Misthenge -> Murmur Valley Landmark; Northern part of Unclearable Fog Marsh 2 Destination; Northern Sinklands 2 -> Mist Valley -> Sinklands 1 -> Soggy Dirt -> Brightopolis. -------------------------------- They both managed to escape damage that round, much to Kaizanu's displeasure. Kaizanu gave Orkilix a command in a strange whistling tone. It was clear, but it echoed and later faded from the foggy sinklands, but the Treecko, as well as the Charmeleon to her side, twitched slightly, the green pokemon nodding to acknowledge the command while Yutiv stood patientlly in the background, watching the battle intently. The Treecko began to charge at the Buneary, quickly dodging to the side then back into the fog in an unseemingly useless fashion, but that didn't matter as the Treecko attempted to confuse the Buneary slightly. When it became unsuspecting and thinking the Treecko would dodge back into the fog, Orkilix slammed into the Buneary, trying to slam it into the mud using its strength and speed as its force. Orkilix didn't stop there though, because as he slammed into the Buneary, his palms glowed brightly as he sent another Energy Ball hurling hopefully into the enemy pokemon. Trying to keep the pokemon in the mud, to suffocate it, Orkilix didn't relent as he attempted to keep the struggling pokemon down, if it happened to be that way. He couldn't afford any screams to pierce the air and scare away other pokemon as he did his business there. If this battle was the last he could fight in because of the mistake of noise, he would punish himself. Orkilix needed to get stronger, no matter the circumstance, he would not let a single wrong ruin it. Lv. 10 20/20[Slam & Energy Ball] EV's; 1 Def. vs. Lv. 15 30/30Speed + 2 |

0.3 Buneary, unfortunately, didn't wait around to get lulled into any false beliefs; before Orkilix could duck into the fog, out of sight, the rabbit disappeared. Mud sprayed wildly into the air, and Orkilix was knocked flying. He didn't even see how buneary hit him. It was simply a red flash as something impacted his face, and then he was skidding in the mud, flopping like a rag doll. He felt more mud splash on him as buneary slid to a stop nearby, spraying him with slop to add a bit of insult to injury. As he prised himself out of the muck, one very simple truth occured to him: he would not win this battle with speed. No way and no how; buneary was faster than him in the first place, and only getting faster. So he went straight up; he jumped at the rabbit, trying to catch it unaware, charging his Energy Ball in midair. Buneary let him in close, easily dodging his flailing tail as he tried to hammer it in the head. It did not anticipate the energy attack as he unleashed it point-blank into its stomach, lifting and throwing it back a few feet. Score one for him. If he could get a few more cheap shots in, he might just make it through this. --- ![]() 9/20 vs ![]() 22/30 Speed +4 (Used Agility + Quick Attack; extra speed means extra power) |

Gen.EXP; 0.3 -------------------------------- Location; Misthenge -> Murmur Valley Landmark; Northern part of Unclearable Fog Marsh 2 Destination; Northern Sinklands 2 -> Mist Valley -> Sinklands 1 -> Soggy Dirt -> Brightopolis. -------------------------------- Upon closer examination, one would find that a 'normally' bred Buneary, one of solid Lopunny and Buneary lines... even those bred to other fighting types, the result of which would be the same. No Buneary had a 'ranged' sort of attack, and this held true until and unless Buneary either learned through Technical Machines or evolved into Lopunny. Kaizanu and Orkilix would have to use this to their advantage. If they didn't Orkilix had the chance of being fainted and Yutiv having to take over, which Kaizanu didn't want, because Orkilix needed to get stronger more so than any of her other pokemon. "Ork, keep your distance," Kaizanu told the Treecko, noting his earlier reckless charge. Orkilix didn't even nod as he got up, quick and easily, his body tired, but not yet ready to give up. He would win this yet, with or without items. Orkilix kept low to the ground, searching out for the Buneary, and once spotted launched an Energy Ball attack with the Giga Drain attack intermingling with the ball of green. Maybe, Orkilix hoped, this would boost his attack. As of right now, Orkilix decided it wouldn't be smart to fight hand-to-hand combat and speed battles, so he kept his distance when needed and dove for cover if he could find any. It wasn't his time to take chances, so he freverently kept on his own defense. Lv. 10 9/20[Giga Drain + Energy Ball] Ev's: +1 Defense vs. Lv. 15 22/30Speed + 4 |

.4 Treecko was in dire straights. This little bunny was having its way with your grass pokemon. Buneary had a power and speed advantage, not good for your small lizard. Before Ork could get a good track on Buneary, it was off again, through the mist using its Agility, once again. Now, this thing was much too fast to even think about hitting with an Energy Ball surrounded by mist. Treecko struggled to even find the bunny. And, when it did, it was too late. Buneary, yet again, used its Quick Attack, sending your tree lizard to the soggy ground. Buneary stopped moving finally, seeing that Treecko was down and out. It sat down just in front of you, and smiled. To Buneary, it was all a game of Tag, and Treecko was it. ![]() level 15 22/30 *speed +6* |

Gen.EXP; 0.3 -------------------------------- Location; Misthenge -> Murmur Valley Landmark; Northern part of Unclearable Fog Marsh 2 Destination; Northern Sinklands 2 -> Mist Valley -> Sinklands 1 -> Soggy Dirt -> Brightopolis. -------------------------------- Kaizanu withdrew Orkilix with a grimace. Unsure, she chose her quickest pokemon, his long, muscular legs would carry him easily through the muddy lands. She threw the next pokeball to continue the game of tag, and with him, the Buneary to be exact, would have to deal with severe pain. The pokeball flashed white and a large figure appeared in the muddy lands, his paws up to his ankles in mud, dirtying his orange hued fur, smudging his black stripes into nothingness. "Pin it down!" Kaizanu ordered. There would be no way for the bunny to evade this next attack, unless she was something of a super bunny, but Kaizanu did not want to think of such things. Ruin would have to score his hit, and then the match would be as good as his. Kaizanu smiled. "Add a little spark to it, too, Ruin." Ruin narrowed his eyes, spotting the Buneary wouldn't be too much of a problem. Charging at the Buneary at blinding speeds, Ruin didn't want to give her a chance to retaliate as he bowled over the smaller pokemon. Leaping at the hopefully downed pokemon, sparks began to glow in the fire dog's mouth, a brilliant spark that was the key of his arsenal. A godly attack to which many Arcanine attributed one of their attack abilities to. Ruin, once the Buneary was caught again, hopefully in one sweeping, graceful moment, the massive dog pinned down the Buneary using a paw on her chest and bit down on her head, sparks crackling, attempting to paralyze the Buneary one way... or another. Breakage of the spinal column versus the intense shock from a Thunder Fang attack, it didn't matter. Ruin was an 'innocent' blood-thirsty mind... 0.4 Really; buneary was boosted up beyond all reason, synapses firing four times faster than normal, but that was her ceiling. Ruin's technique pushed him straight over that; he hit her like a freight train laying on the gas coming down a mountainside. That is to say, fast and hard. If Ruin hadn't been so much bigger than her, she would have been lifted up and knocked flying; as it was, she met his shoulder with her face and went skidding through the mud. Ruin closed on her to bite her head off. Fortunately (unfortunately? Whose perspective should I write this from?), she was going through all thought processes at quadruple speed, including pain. She processed the feeling for an agonizing instant, and, as Ruin loomed over her and brought his foot down, tucked her head between her legs to kiss her arse goodbye. Or not. Curled up like that, when Ruin's paw came down on her she squirted out from underneath, sliding in the mud, beneath his great big shaggy body. Ruin's jaws found nothing to close on without a quick backpedal, and the buneary was still moving far too quickly for that. She flipped out of her roll and jumped straight up into Ruin's stomach, headbutting him in his soft guts and knocking the wind out of him. You ought to catch this thing and name it Energizer. It just keeps going and going and going and going... --- ![]() 23/28 vs ![]() 6/30 Speed +6 Defense +1 |

Gen.EXP; 0.5 - Absolutely brilliant. I was laughing so hard. XD But bah! School has taken me muse! -------------------------------- Location; Misthenge -> Murmur Valley Landmark; Northern part of Unclearable Fog Marsh 2 Destination; Northern Sinklands 2 -> Mist Valley -> Sinklands 1 -> Soggy Dirt -> Brightopolis. -------------------------------- This rabbit was just irritating. However, considering its native environment compared to what her own pokemon were used to, including its 'level' versus her own pokemon's levels, Kaizanu could understand. Ruin was a sturdy pokemon, at the very least, he should be able to finish off the rabbit, but the thought of speed concerned Kaizanu. Would he be too fast if he used both agility and extremespeed? Ruin recovered quickly and looked for the Buneary, his eyes narrowed in an annoyed, angry fashion. Ruin charged normally, and also looked for a chance to bite the Buneary in a more or less normal fashion, wanting to fling it up and such like. Basically, just about the same as last round! 23/28[Extremespeed -> Bite] Ev's; Speed + 1 vs. 6/30

Kaizanu withdrew the fire dog and by her side stayed the red dragon, who... for some odd reason, seemed to become slightly stronger (Halved Change). "Good battle, wasn't it, Yu?" Kaizanu asked, but before the dragon could reply, her poketch began to twitch. A new episode to the Samson series? Kaizanu wrinkled her nose at the thought, but turned it on, the show instantly capturing her, instead of the normal talk-show, blood, gut, and gore took over the screen. This was definately a way to hook Kaizanu, but she knew something was wrong. So... she would have to head to Rose Town. She looked at the map application on her poketch and Rose Town was just a 'smidge' closer. She woud change directions and go. Kaizanu called out Ruin again in a semi-ironic manner, and to this the fire dog was slightly unamused. Securing the pokemon saddle, Kaizanu hoisted herself up and then withdraw Yutiv to his pokeball, to which he gave no protest, just a slight sigh of boredom. Then, they were off! They hadn't traveled that far into the Sinklands, but it was thin compared to most places, so Kaizanu was confident they would get into the Unclearable Fog Marsh 1 before long. To speed up travel through the sinklands, Ruin used Agility and Extremespeed. |

.3 With Ruin as your steed, travel was much quicker than it normally would have been. But, with Agility and Extremespeed, it was insanely fast. It wasn't long before the land under your proud Arcanine dipped. Then, again, it rose to the previous level just as fast. You were making remarkable time riding atop your hound. Ruin then stopped abruptly, tossing you overhead and into the mud. Arcanine sensed something within the fog, somethign that it couldn't see. If it was strong enough to make even an Arcanine stop in its tracks, it was undoubtedly strong. Maybe you should keep on going to your next destination... unless... you want to stick around, and find out whats hidden within the mist. Reached: Unclearabe Fog Marsh 1 (passed the Sinklands 2, because it is quite narrow) |

Gen.EXP; 0.3 -------------------------------- Location; Misthenge -> Murmur Valley Landmark; Northern part of Unclearable Fog Marsh 2 Destination; Unclearable Fog Marsh 1 -> Malral -> Grassland 1 -> Grassland 2 -> Rose Town -------------------------------- So it seems... Kaizanu has the bad luck every now and then. It hurt too, it wasn't like Kaizanu was super-human, or anything, so it hurt, she got up slowly, flicking the mud from her hands off in a normal way, then getting the majority of the mud off her face so that she could see. She felt disgusting, but that wouldn't stop her, after all, what kind of trainer actually stops to shower when not at a Pokemon Center? Maybe if they find some kind of stream or something, but that's about it. She looked over to her fire dog, the one who had stopped suddenly enough to make her go flying. She hated inertia... it seemed one-thing was intact in this odd pokemon world. For a moment, Kaizanu thought that he might have been startled by something, maybe even a sharp-something in his paw, but from the way he looked, he was scared stiff. Kaizanu came to her fire dog's side, put her hand up to his face, those strong red eyes looking passed her at something. "What's wrong? You stop for something strong, but you charge head-long into the Loch Neru monster? You've got to be kidding me," Kaizanu said in a joking manner, patting him on the neck, Kaizanu pulled herself back onto the fire dog. The tense muscles on his neck made her uneasy. How strong could it possibly be - to stun Ruin into complete fear? "Come on, let's go," Kaizanu said in a gentle voice, patting the fire dog on his ear, which flicked in a way to swat some insect. Kaizanu was slightly offended, but this told her that Ruin wouldn't be budging until he saw what it was or it was gone. Kaizanu decided to fight it. Ruin wouldn't be too much help, but Akita or Yutiv might be able to take care of it solo... or if it is truly 'that-strong' they could double team it like old times. Kaizanu wouldn't take chances, if it could make Ruin this uneasy, and she was sure she still had a few days to make it to Rose Town, it wasn't that far away. Kaizanu drew two pokeballs from her messenger bag strap, both not-exactly clean. She would have to wash everything at Malral, which had been her choice stop rather than heading back to Misthenge and then heading to Rose Town... it was just smarter. Anyway, Kaizanu held each pokeball in one hand and threw them outwards, two blasts of white light opening to reveal Akita and Yutiv, standing side-by-side. Kaizanu recaught the pokeballs and secured them back on her messenger bag strap. "Be prepared," Kaizanu said in a whisper. The two looked in the direction Ruin had been looking, waiting, watching... .3 The eerieness of the situation was enough to send a chill up your spine. Your two pokemon stood strong, awaiting whatever Arcanine had sensed in the fog. Nothing came. Only sounds. Sounds from within the mist that may or may not have been customary. You weren't exactly a local, so whatever was normal may have seemed abnormal to you. Arcanine began to growl ferociously, obviousl ystill sensing something there. Charmeleon and Croconaw turned to look at the fire mutt, almost like they were asking "What the hell is your problem dude?". Who knows? Maybe this mist was getting to your hound. There may not have been anything there at all. Rather, a figment of Arcanines mind. You probably wouldn't find out anything sitting still, waiting for something to attack. Unless you wanna go get lost in the fog. |

His growling shook Kaizanu, but nothing that frightened her too badly. She withdrew the two awaiting pokemon, and tucked them neatly away, meanwhile, took some of Ruin's long mane fur into her hand in fist fulls, and used them as the reigns. In a soothing tone, Kaizanu whispered to her dog's ear to calm down, giving him a gentle tug on his fur, making him move away from whatever made him so tense. They would go around. Ruin was given the commands to continue forward, and if they were not met, Kaizanu would just withdraw her fire dog and walk until she thought it was okay to let the massive Arcanine out. |

.1 Arcanine remained tense, but still, nothing made its appearance. Ah... another story for another time, I suppose. You walked your dog forward through the mist (although, it is hard to know which way is forward), while keepign an eye out for anythign that resembled buildings or a town. You walked for what seemed like hours. In actuality, it was only about a half hour or so. Still, quite a bit of travelign withotu anything worth seeing... except for fog. Then, you spotted something. The sound of water causing you to turn your head towards the pokemon in question, a small Bidoof was merrily walking along in the mud. It was headed in the same general direction as yourself. Maybe it was going to Malral, too? ![]() ![]() level 14 28/28 *waddling through the mud* |

Gen.EXP; 0.2 -------------------------------- Location; Misthenge -> Murmur Valley Landmark; Northern part of Unclearable Fog Marsh 2 Destination; Unclearable Fog Marsh 1 -> Malral -> Grassland 1 -> Grassland 2 -> Rose Town -------------------------------- Turning her head to see the most idiotic pokemon she had laid her eyes on thus-far, she actually took out her pokedex, which had collected dust since useage, because she had studied and known many of the pokemon before hand, but due to this odd... thing, she just had to check it out. The pokedex spoke to her, Bidoof and then the description of this pokemon called Bidoof. Kaizanu looked at her wrist, the map blinking on her poketch's screen, the little marker pulsing to show where she was. Apparently the Bidoof was heading in the same direction. Curious as it was... why would a Bidoof head in the same direction? It was possible, however, so Kaizanu decided to ask, even though it may have seemed a little idiotic. "Bidoof," Kaizanu said, having Ruin stop so she could get off to greet the strange water pokemon, "Do you know how to get to Malral?" It never ceased to amaze Kaizanu how she sometimes asked directions from a pokemon, but maybe the pokemon would lend her a paw and they could travel up to Malral together. Although in the past, when ambushed by an Aipom, while riding Ruin to some city, she had become to scared to care what it was, and it was fainted and on the roadside before anything could come about, she didn't mind lending assistance to pokemon like this, who actually were making an attempt to walk onwards towards their destination, rather than hitchhike. Kaizanu, in short, offered the Bidoof a free ride to Malral if he kept them informed about what direction it was. |

0.2 Bidoof wasn't unaware of the giant Pokemon that had come trotting up beside it; Ruin made a hell of a lot of noise, especially to sensitive Pokemon ears constantly attuned to hear threats coming up on them to eat them. No, the bidoof was just studiously ignoring the arcanine and its rider; he really wished they would just run along on their way and leave him to his. The request for information got his blood up, though; bloody useless humans, faffing about, imprisoning his brothers, taking and taking and taking some more, and THEN they have the gall to ask for directions? It was more than he could take. He considered giving the human wrong directions, pointing her completely the wrong way so that she'd ride around in circles for a few hours and maybe fall in a sinkhole and die. But, really, he wanted her to know what he thought of her, and so stoof up on his hind legs, and quite deliberately directed a double deuce in Kaizanu's direction with his two precious little hands. Aw, isn't the widdle misanthrope cute? In short, the bidoof told Kaiz to shove it. |

Kaizanu decided that this Bidoof would die, and no... not with the help of her pokemon, why? Because she had been insulted, not her pokemon. Despite being a mere human, that did not truly mean she was without defense, even when lacking a weapon. Ruin, stay right there wait for me to finish, Kaizanu said, flashing the fire dog a menacing glance, enough to make him was to curl up in a corner. Humans not the strongest creatures in the world, could still kill things if they wanted; with their bare hands even if it took that much. Kaizanu had been insulted! 0.2 Man! Dont you just hate little bastards like that? Talk about an attitude problem! It was great there were people like you in the world that can show em a thing or two about crossing the wrong person. The damn thing was in for its own rude awakening, haha! But here was the thing about humans and Pokemon, and why humans had Pokemon fight their battles instead of themselves. Pokemon has this mad thing called durability which makes them less predisposed to simple injury than the average human. So when humans come across a wild one they cant handle themselves out of less-than-stellar fighting experience or lack of a good bludgeoning weapon- they turn to Pokemon instead to do what they cant. But we digress you punched the thing in the stomach. It wasnt exactly comparable to a Machops or Mankeys kicking prowess, but it certainly sufficed. Bidoof felt it. It let out an Oof! and clutched its midsection. Stared at you in shock and outrage. A human was attacking it. A small, weak, puny, defenseless human showing it up. It wasnt going to stand for this insult! It put up its dukes, ready to lay the hurtin. What does that mean? Im pretty sure it involved having some pants. Wait BIDOOF DONT WEAR PANTS?! THATS SICK! Gen.EXP; 0.3 -------------------------------- Location; Misthenge -> Murmur Valley Landmark; Northern part of Unclearable Fog Marsh 2 Destination; Unclearable Fog Marsh 1 -> Malral -> Grassland 1 -> Grassland 2 -> Rose Town -------------------------------- You notice how girls normall have long or semi-long nails? Kaizanu did not have any tails, so her scratching abilities were not good, although that may have been for the better, because regardless of who she was, broken nails hurt, but that did not stop her from plotting. Now... let us see, what did she have that was part of "natural" defense. She had an empty gun - she could use it as a bludgeon, but she was probably more likely to hit the darned Bidoof with her shoe again. No gun then... Anything sharp? Well if you are traveling, you should have a pair of scissors or combat knife, right? No... Kaizanu would have to settle for everything on hand, which were her fists, feet, and maybe even bite... then again, where the hell that Bidoof went all the time, she had no idea. She could waste a potion and break the bottle for something pointy? Would it not heal though? Kaizanu was confused. Thinking too much. Just kick and punch the damned thing. Next time, Kaizanu was sure to buy something pointy to stab things with - if this was how things would be in Opaddeka, every pokemon would learn to never mess with a human. Kaizanu went for another kick (to a vulnerable part, like the squishy belly, rips, head... etc.), and if the chance came, Kaizanu would grab hold on the Bidoof's skin on his neck, hopefully keeping out of bite range for a moment while she attempted to stab his eyes out with her thumb. 0.3 Three very curious things the Pokedex sez about Bidoof: 1. They seem to be creatures with nerves of steel, unafraid to challenge anything that threatens em. 2. Theyre a lot more agile than they appear. 3. Its got pretty sharp teeth. A bastard as it was, it was a pretty decent fighter. It was anticipating another kick (as if it actually learned something from the last time) and expertly evaded it, body bouncing out of the way as your leg shot forward. Almost in the same breath, its jaws opened and reached to clamp over your leg. Legs werent durable like pieces of wood, and Bidoof werent exactly designed to resist chewing on what got inside their jaws. By the time you realized it, two wickedly long set of teeth were biting through your leg. Ouchies? Kaizanu of Lv. Infinity 50%~Super Fangd Vs Lv 14 24/28 |

"I'm too lazy to fight with you," and sends out a pokemon to finish things up. Yes, that is complete and utter fail, but she is too lazy to go on! And hurts... lots. And decidedly, she intends to head to Malral and change her course from there, because stupid, really long hiatus suck. Reiner is sent out, the bird's sqawking to wake the dead, if there was any. "Get at it's body!" Kaizanu instructed as she attempted to grab a hold on the back of the Bidoof's neck, hopefully securing her arm from biting, using its preocupation with her leg to catch a hold. Reiner flies upwards, air splitting around him as he reaches the peek of his ascent. He listens carefully for Kaizanu and he uses the call to bring him home, back down, when he gets clear view, shoots into sudden speed, attempting to hit and crack the Bidoof's back, thusly killing it in the process. .2 The appearance of Spearow caused much panic in the eyes of Bidoof. The small beaver was sumb, but not stupid. It knew a predator when it saw one. The first thing that came into the poekmons mind... run. It turned to run off, but failed due to your intervention. The feathery pokemon saw this as nothing but an opportunity, as it swooped down and attacked the vulnerable beaver. The Drill Peck did serious damage, piercing the skin and causing blood to squirt into the fog. Despote being pretty much dead, Bidoof began to seize, shaking ferociously in your hands. The Aerial Ace ceased this action, though, as there was no longer anything to halt your advance... to wherever it was you were headed. Spearow gains .9

Gen.EXP; 0.2 -------------------------------- Location; Misthenge -> Murmur Valley Landmark; Northern part of Unclearable Fog Marsh 2 Destination; Unclearable Fog Marsh 1 -> Malral -------------------------------- Reiner alighted onto Kaizanu's shoulder, finishing his brutal task, cleaning the blood from his beak, clicking the two bone-like wedges in satisfaction. He cooed in a bird-like way, nuzzling up to Kaizanu, happy to have been assistance. Kaizanu did not react right away, for now she planned to skin the Bidoof for its disgusting act, maybe castrate it and throw the pieces somewhere "visible". Kaizanu did not have a knife with her at the moment, though her only knife was with Ruin, and so drew out a pokeball with the deftness of a battle-hardened trainer. The pokeball was thrown with relative ease, despite the continuous pounding in her leg, the feeling as if it would fall off. Kaizanu, in fact, barely moved because of it. Ruin appeared, his orangey red eyes twitching in confusion. "Come over here, boy," Kaizanu said as nice as she could. The fire dog came up in front of the trainer and Kaizanu, with the help of Ruin, placed the fresh carcass into a cooled storage box, if she could not skin it because of the lack of an appropriate knife, since her current knife was that of the combat variety, she could still eat it. Ruin licked his muzzle free of some blood as Kaizanu secured the storage box, sealing it shut with a latch. Reiner was still on her shoulder, now cleaning some feathers of blood, his kill having been less-than-elegant. Kaizanu hoisted herself onto Ruin, having a hard time, but managing it still, Reiner hopped off her shoulder in the meantime, nesting in the fire dog's warm mane. "Head to Malral, but go slowly, I can't handle anything bumpy," Kaizanu warned, getting out a little roll of medical tape, but it wouldn't help too much, except slow the bleeding, after all, what can one do to heal a wound that required stitches? Kaizanu took her time wrapping up her leg, finishing by wiping off excess blood with a dirty shirt. After much time with Ruin, Kaizanu could trust the fire dog to listen, so she laid back to back with the dog, her hurt leg straight across the back of the pokemon, her other leg hanging somewhere off to the side. She decided to take a little nap, Reiner hoping onto her stomach, where he would keep watch like the good birdie he was. Ruin advanced at a slightly higher human speed, but not his usual pace, because of the request of his trainer. "Wow... didn't notice how tired I was before," Kaizanu said; that was stupid, of course she was tired now, she had lost quite a bit of blood. Kaizanu would not admit it, of course, and she would just have to wait until she arrived at Malral for medical attention. |

.3, -1 for the beaver thing. Good stuff. Medical attention in the middle of a marsh was a nice thought, but not likely. You were still a ways from Malral, your ultimate destination. With an Arcanine running full speed, you would be there in no time, but since it wasn't runnign at full speed, you were pretty much screwed. That, and who knows what kinds of creatures would kill for the chance to finish off a human? With the smell of blood in the air, you were a prime target for the vultures, metaphorically speaking, of course. ... You could feel a dip in movements, signalling that Ruin had reached the sinklands. It would still be a ways before civilization was reached, but you were getting closer. Then, the eerie sound of growling echoed through the marsh. It was the growling of vicious beasts, out and on the hunt for an afternoon snack. Gen.EXP; 0.3 -------------------------------- Location; Misthenge -> Murmur Valley Landmark; Sinklands 2 Destination; Unclearable Fog Marsh 1 -> Malral -------------------------------- Kaizanu sat up, sudden growling catching her half attention. Ruin took a step back and Reiner looked around suspiciously, careful not to call out. Kaizanu pulled out two pokeballs and threw them lazily. "Aki, Yu~ fight those Poochys," Kaizanu sounded tired as she curled up on Ruin's saddle, hiding from the Poochyena and sleeping. Akita had no clue what was going on, threw a confused glance at Yutiv, who had detected the scent of blood in the air. Yu simply pointed a claw out at growling Poochyena and nodded for the action to commence. They would start big and go for broke! Akita hissed at the back of females behind the male, but her target was primarily the "Alpha Female". Aktia opened her massive jaws, inhaling air and blew it out in a chilled passion. The Blizzard attack would strike all opponents, but as she incorporated her Hydro Pump in it, summoning the extra strength from her Mystic Water, Akita aimed the ice cold slush at the Alpha Female. her pseudo-Ice Beam would work in the sense of keeping them away, but not freezing them. Akita moved carefully to keep her aim on the Alpha Female, her Blizzard Attack also concentrating on the females more than the male. Three against one? No problem, not when you've got Akita to depend on! As for Yutiv? He swore off with the Alpha Male. Yutiv charged at the brute, eyes fierce with battle-rage. Getting close enough to have his attacks be at full and high intensity, Yutiv let loose a complete charge of fire and white-blue rage. The Flamethrower cut the path clear as Yutiv's Dragon Rage snaked around the Flamethrower in a beautiful spiral, intending to hit the higher level male. If a female got caught in his attack from behind, it was their fault. Akita and Yutiv avoided one another, but if their attacks mixed, it was the fault of their enemy. Super heated water hurts a lot too, ya' know, and it's not very pleasant after being bathed by super flames or freezing water. Yay for the elements working together! ((OOC: +0.3))The difficult part would be to seperate. Dividing and conquering would be the most effective tactic as devised, but packs are known for their loyalty. It would be tough to seperate the leader from his subordinates. Never the less, you made a valiant attempt. Male lead his pack forward with fangs grit, females picking up their pace as they charged at both your Charmeleon and Croconaw. Yutiv took the initiative and pushed forward as its mouth cracked and jaws locked into place. Flames of white and orange erupted while the Alpha Male lept from the ground with fangs primed to sink into a vital point: the neck. Luckily for you, your White Heat connected in the nick of time. It fell to the ground and tumbled to the right a few feet away from the lizard, charred and weak. Some patches of raven fur were missing. Croconaw aimed for the three females with its combined water and ice assault. However, one of the playthings moved too quickly. Its shoulder slammed into Akita's stomach and misaligned the attack slightly. Akita still launched a flurry of snow and slush from its mouth that was only able to hit two of the four targetted. Of course, the ice and frost along the ground made it slippery. Plaything and Alpha Female lost their balance and struggled to make it to their feet. Gen.EXP; 0.3 -------------------------------- Location; Misthenge -> Murmur Valley Landmark; Sinklands 2 Destination; Unclearable Fog Marsh 1 -> Malral -------------------------------- Kaizanu I was more or less not really paying attention, but Ruin and Reiner were careful to keep an eye on the dogs. If they came too close, all would be pretty much over, after all, in her state, it was pretty safe to say that Kaizanu would be torn apart within seconds. Was it possible that Kaizanu was falling into a delirium from blood loss? Let's hope not. Akita lowered her stance, keeping a watchful eye on the females. Her body was in an easy to move position as she waited for one or more of the females to approach. When one came into range, hopefully lured by her stillness, her "vulnerability," Akita turned at full speed, whacking the Poochyena in the face with her tail, hopefully sending the pooch flying. We all know that that isn't the most accurate way to throw another pokemon into another, so using her current spin momentum, Akita bit the flying Poochyena wherever she could and continued to spin, dragging the pooch with her. Waiting, Akita used the pooch as a club, releasing the poor dog when one of her comrades came to save her, thusly flying into the other and causing team-hurtage! Yutiv on the other hand, took the opening that the downed Poochyena male gave him. Using his extreme speed in comparison to pin the Poochyena back down before he had the chance to rise. Super heated fangs met with the flesh, hopefully cutting through the skin, keeping a tight grip. His throat burned as he unleashed a point-blank Flamethrower into the Poochyena that was between his jaws. A complete baptism in fire and blood was what Yutiv aimed to accomplish. He did the same as Akita, though, and threw the Poochyena male into the neglected female, the fireball of fur would be sure to catch the other on fire, if it didn't burn out too quickly. A commanding duo, they were sure to prevail eventually... 0.3 Good god. so many bodies. x_X Lets make an overly-complicated situation simple, eh? The Charmeleon beat the alpha to the punch, sinking flame-heated fangs into the mutts flesh and causing him to howl in agony. Burning and tearing really did not feel good together, but that became and irrelevant issue as this was immediately followed by a burst of flame engulfing the latched on side of the dog completely, pretty much resulting in its inevitable defeat. The Croconaw, int he meantime, had feigned hesitation while the circle of females prowled about it, prepared for whatever attack that came their way. The Alpha female, clearly imaptient, moved first, snapping her wide jaws and big-ass fangs, only managing a minor nick to the reptile before she was caught in its own massive jaws and flung about helplessly like a rag doll. The other females barcked and yapped and, as expected, charged in to aid their leader only to be hit with the momentum of Croconaw's attacks, and their leader's limb body. One of the least-hurt Poochyena made a kamikaze move and charged for a Take Down, damaging itself in the process, but hurting Croconaw more. Gen.EXP; 0.3 -------------------------------- Location; Misthenge -> Murmur Valley Landmark; Sinklands 2 Destination; Unclearable Fog Marsh 1 -> Malral -------------------------------- Kaizanu was still a tad... not alive at the moment. She opened an eye to survey the area a quick bit and saw two Poochyena bodies and two fierce fighters. She lowered her head and went back to a nap. Reiner just rolls his eyes at his trainer's insanity, Ruin just kind of shuffled his paws at the fainted Poochyena's burnt stench. And because I apparently have no more muse: Akita charged the closest Poochyena and unleashed a torrent of water, boosted by her Mystic Water pendent to cut the dog down in her prime. Yutiv did the same, but instead of water, gave another baptism in fire to the other Poochyena. Akita tries her best to avoid another hit from the dogs, and prays for this to be the last round. As Kaizanu wants to continue on, regardless of being in partial-deadness or not. >_>' Lv. 21 21/43 x 6Holding: Mystic Water [Hydro Pump] Ev's; HP + 1, ATK + 1, DEF + 1, SPD + 4 Lv. 18 37/37 x 4Holding: King's Rock [Flamethrower] Ev's; HP + 1, SPD + 1 vs. Lv. 13 5/26 Play Thing Lv. 13 14/26 Play Thing

Your random pokémon trainer
|
*chucks 0.2 at you* With torrents of flame and water rushing toward them, both Poochyena proceeded to dive toward each other. It was all they could do really, in hopes that both attacks would cancel each other out. But alas, their efforts were in vain as the might Hydropump made contact with the fierce Flamethrower, causing a massive gale of steam to fill the area. This steam was so hot, that it knocked the two canines out, while giving both Akita and Yutiv the effects of being in a sauna. And who knows, maybe it'll wake silly sleeping Kaiz? *chucks 0.9 at both your pokés*

Gen.EXP; 0.2 -------------------------------- Location; Misthenge -> Murmur Valley Landmark; Sinklands 2 Destination; Unclearable Fog Marsh 1 -> Malral -------------------------------- Kaizanu feels oddly warm and asks, quite randomly, "Am I dead know?" Opening her eyes to find that her question was rather stupid, Kaizanu unwound her tired body. She yawned. Akita and Yutiv approached her, concerned over her odd behavior, but were withdrawn, along with Reiner. Kaizanu was all alone with Ruin, who was worried for her life as much as his own. Lazily, Kaizanu took Ruin's mane in her fists, quite limply. "Come on... Ruin, 'ole buddy...," she swayed as she talked, thrusting an arm forward into the air, presumably to Malral, "Full speed ahead!" Her hands resumed their grab on the fire dog's mane, in more or less a death hold, so she didn't fly off in her subconcious state. Full speed registered to the great beast... Ruin obeyed, his silence betraying his happy spirits as he broke into a fast run. This wasn't the only manuever, as he added an Agility breath into his routine. Within moments of his top speed, Ruin got faster, Kaizanu flat against his back, fully aware that sitting up would mean death. This would be the fastest means to Malral, and Kaizanu just really wanted to get there. Now then... all pokemon were ignored, any obstacles were side-stepped, and any accidents were ironed out with a stove... which is even more fun. Ruin - Stats unneeded.Using - Agility and Extremespeed to get to Malral ASAP. |
