They are all outside, we added a wood sheet to the top of both cages, cut out rounds to set the heat lamps into. They have a sheet thats permanently on the back & sides, then when the sun goes down, i add one to the front. None of them seem to sit under the heat lamps, i think they are there more for me! LOL the p'lets both snuggle next to each other on their warm tent (ontop, not in it! LOL)
