It's funny but Boo, Pesto, Froggie & Quigly have all been in cars with no problem. BUT, the second time we took Froggie in the car, she got a little car sick. Now, she was molting at the time & had been a tad nervous (as they seem to be when they molt), so maybe that was the reason. I think he will be just fine, but if he's a little ill don't worry. They're like people, some travel better than others, but generally they don't have any problems, I mean, they fly for miles & sit on swaying branches for heavens sake        |

He will travel fine butterflygirl, when i have had to take mine any where or when i have picked them up i just strap the cage in the front seat. i always make sure i have some food and water for them, just in case there is a traffic jam or some other problem. |

This is the carrier I use for my birds and you can also use the hamster carrier, they work great. http://www.petsolutions.com/Come-Along-Car...+C40001930.aspx |

That's the best way Nickie because they aren't in such a big cage and they feel more secure. |
