Don't worry he will be just fine. I had to drive an hour to my breeder and more than once with Zuben. He did great! Just have a travel cage for him ;)

It's funny but Boo, Pesto, Froggie & Quigly have all been in cars with no problem. BUT, the second time we took Froggie in the car, she got a little car sick. Now, she was molting at the time & had been a tad nervous (as they seem to be when they molt), so maybe that was the reason.

I think he will be just fine, but if he's a little ill don't worry. They're like people, some travel better than others, but generally they don't have any problems, I mean, they fly for miles & sit on swaying branches for heavens sake

He will travel fine butterflygirl, when i have had to take mine any where or when i have picked them up i just strap the cage in the front seat. i always make sure i have some food and water for them, just in case there is a traffic jam or some other problem.

This is the carrier I use for my birds and you can also use the hamster carrier, they work great.

I use the same carrier Bonnie showed you but I have the wire cage that goes inside it too. Zuben loved it ;)

That's the best way Nickie because they aren't in such a big cage and they feel more secure.
