We've been getting these canary nests for Boo and Pesto and they love to sit in them and destroy them. They take a few weeks to destroy, not bad for $1.99!!

looks like a great idea laura....but be careful or she might see it as a nest and start to lay, they wont be fertile as he's too young but once started...
if its just to rip to shreds which we all know they like to do turn it up the other way :)

Kev, I wondered about Boo nesting in it. She and Pesto are still in separate cages, think she'd still get the urge to lay eggs? She's decided she hates him again! <_<

We got these nests at Petco. Petsmart just has a flimsy type. You guys should try them...you can beat the price!! Of course you will still end up spending at least $50 on other toys! :D

Boo was molting in this photo, so she looks all puffy and scruffy! :wub:

cute! the cheapest toy i habe bought is 99p ,it wont last long but at leat willow will have a good chew on it!
