I think that's plenty big enough , you could add a lot of nice toys in there. I think my conures cage measures 18x 18x overall 60 with a playtop so that's very similar

I think the second one is too big for one Parrotlet...but that first one! NICE!!! I'm tempted to get one myself!!! Plus the first one has a seed catcher on it!!!

I have Booger in the second cage and he uses all of the space! His cage is like birdy disneyland.

The cage I have is about the same size as the second one! They really do use up the space. I have seen a lot of people with cages that size as the second for their parrotlets. Good price too!

I'd suggest something a little wider. Once all the toys and perches are in it, you may find it is too small. :(

i would say go for the second one, bigger is better and you never know how things change in the future, you might get another one :)

I don't always feel bigger is better. I believe you should have an adequate sized cage for your birds. I guess I think a little differently than most bird owners  My birds spend so much time OUT of the cage playing that their cage is only actually lived in for sleep time or if I have to go away for the day. I had a HUGE cage for my Cockatoo amd noticed he only stayed in one area. When I got him a new cage that was suited to his species he played all over in the cage again ....so go figure

I think I'm going with the first one. When I get her I plan to have her out of the cage alot. Plus I don't want the cage to overpower the our small computer room. I also like the seed catcher!

Nope for the smaller birds that eat small seeds the seed catcher is a life saver on catching all they toss out of the dish.
