Hay all

Just under one week to go tell i pick up my little baby chip and i think i have everything i need now well i hope :scared:
I have gone abit mad with all the toys every time i am out i pop in to a pet shop and pick some thing up better to have to much i think giggley
i have lots of wood & rope toys and would like to know what you guys think is the best way to clean that type of toy?
I so can not wait now to pick him up going to be a real slow week chip is all i talk about think i am driving the guys at work mad giggley

Oh I hadnt even thought about cleaning the toys...... I know just how you feel though 6 days.... we can just drive each other mad if you want lol.

I have done the big stuff like chips main cage and travel cage and bowls just on to the toys now
want to get as much done today as i can so it is done and good to go for next saturday

How are you getting on?

I just basically fill the sink with soapy water and blitz them all in their :) Because I have a few to do ill do perches first (Ill do these in the birdroom ) and then the toys. all my birds love their toys so I try to be quicj with them too ^_^

I think Im pretty sure I have everything that is needed. I just have moments where I feel totally unprepared and worry Im going to mess up. It like being heavily pregnant and worring over messing up with a newborn baby lol. How are you feeling?
Poor Hayley is going to be over run with really silly questions this week.

Hot soapy water to melt the POOP!!!!! giggley

I no what you mean i have had days when i feel like i have it all and the next day i am like oh no i dont no what i am doing but i think it is good we feel like that as is means alot to us to get it right and we are doing all we can to do that.

All done now just left the toys to hang dry but i can not get over how much the colour bleeds on the wood toys the water was black as soon as the toys went in and half the colour has gone i think this is bad for new toys but what can you do.

happy now i feel like i am all set

Check the links on that ladder, thats the same one Olly got his lower beak jammed in eek and I had to replace the chain link with rope.
