Posted Image This is the Imac Irene 4 that Olly has as his 'home from home' , its got a handle on top and all the see through pot bodies clip off for traveling and the lids clip down to secure the holes. I replaced the naff perches, swing and added some stainless steel cups (although he does put his head in and eats out of the covered feeders as well). I thought he may like to use it for a while when he first moved in as it looked a bit like the cage he had as a fledgling. He is refusing to move out of it making his lovely big Montana cage a redundant white elephant that he just poops on. Personally Im looking for a travel home that flat packs as he has his Pak-O-Bird for the getting around but I want something that takes minimal room in the car that I can erect when I camp as being a canvas camper the car is always packed to the brim. Rob Harvey does this for £29.99 Posted Image Large breeding cage 30 x 18 x 18 inches. Comes with perches and feeders. Very easy to set and also to flat pack again. Which I may take a trip over to Farnham and have a look at. Although at this point I dont know what metal its made out of. I'm afraid outside of America there seems to be a limited choice of 30x18x18 cages that collapse down. |

Hi Matty, I popped over to Rob Harvey today, WHAT WAS I THINKING drats that 30x18x18 far too big I'd of had to sleep outside the tent. Anyway I settled on the 24x16x16 which is plenty big enough. very light weight and packs flat but I'm going to have to do a bit of tweaking as it's a bit too flimsy (can't expect much for £21.99) and the doors far to easy for intelligent birds to get out and squirrels to get in. but nothing a few O-rings, cable ties and mini S-Biners can't fix  |
