0163951 well good news pickles coming out invesigating the top of the cage and has a flutter to the sofa and now holding millet quite close to him still abit hesitate but hey ho plenty of time , lily ventures out abit like acting like she a bat hanging up side down will get a pic on here of her soon but having probs getting them on here

this is how i did it i clicked on the img code until it turned black and then i selected copy from the drop down menu once you have copied you paste it in your thread

Id only say have parrotlets site open and also photo
bucket...
once you have copied it you can bring up the parrotlets site
and paste into the box where I am writing now...

giggle well im glad to have pic of my two on here now,up to date news on them is coming out the cage alot now eating broccolli, brussels, grapes and kiwi now and investagating more but im taking it nice and slow, going closer with the millet aand when they do flutter to the sofa they will climb on you finger to put them back on there gym to play, one thing is ive been to the pet shop and twice by them i have been told that they eat mealworm mmmm cant see anything what says this has anyone tried this im just curious

Dried Mealworms... mmmm full of protien!!!!
these are good for parrotlets!. start feeding at about 11 months. about a month before breeding.
Some don't like them but its worth trying.

:) well not sure if they like mealworms picked it up and dropped it, and the millet training is a slow process, lily is coming out alot more still puffs up when on top of the cage now and again but im getting closer gradually but as ive been advised on here it all takes time for them to learn trust with you, and they love broccolli and brussel sprouts :) they also flutter onto the floor and even make the sofa straight on the hand and no puffing up so to me its progressing
