Thanks Scooby, I do love alot of those cages but unfortunatley they are WAY to tall for the space I have availiable :(

I'm thinking of settling for this cage
http://www.zooplus.co.uk/shop/birds/bird_cages_and_accessories/parakeet_cages/hagen/43683

What do you all think? It's not that glamourous looking but more importantely it has the bars at the bottom seperating the bird from its droppings.. I'm finding alot of cages are lacking this.

Let me know if you think this one is too small (this is the cage my partner wants lol)

Only problem is.... it doesnt have the grate at the bottom, so the bird will shred the news paper im guessing....

Cant believe how difficult this is proving to be! I just want my birdy lol!

I have got one of the cages in your first link, i used to have sky and scooby in when i first got then i have even had gizmo my love bird in it for a while, it was very good, the 2nd cage is way to small.
in my opinion is the first is your best option. :)

Thank you Kevin, that is very kind of you to offer, would love to purchase the larger one if I had the room for it!

Think I will just go with the hagen cage for now and once I move to a bigger place so will the birdy.

Still not 100% on the name, choices are Nando, Hank, Peetree, Cornelius or Donkey (LOL)

Very random names I know!!

Let me know what you all think!! :)

Are you getting a boy for sure? I like both Hank and Cornelius

For a girl Peetree is nice!
