I think you'll get a good cage either way! :)

Eight budgies fit nicely in there. I have looked on line at both I think they are made in the same factory with very little difference between them? I purchased my 2nd Prevue Hendrix brand flight cage and its not a wrought iron type , its wire but I love them and feel it will last a long time with care. I use Apple cider vinegar in water to wipe them down 3-4 times a week and they always look new. I use that mixture for all cages I have. I have also have 2 King's cages brand wrought iron type for my conures.

Cockatiel I live in Pennsylvania My name is Bonnie	Vinegar and water work great, have you ever tried using Listerine mouth wash and water? The alcohol in the Listerine helps to disinfect the cage.
