He would do these contortions trying to pull the paper up the sides of the cage walls. Now I do not use anything on the cage bottom. Every morning I pull out the 2 drawer bottoms from his cage and wash them with hot water. Not such a big job and good for my peace of mind.

Posted Image I found mine at walmart, but this picture is from petsmart's website and is a different brand.

I live in Florida My name is Laura	We use newspaper, Jade seems to like looking at the bright colors in the pictures (at least before she covers them!). Plus they're exactly the right size for the floor tray.
