My name is I'll give you a clue	Hi Tracey Very sorry to hear that Ica is unwell, I know I may be clutching at straws here but the symptoms you describe were the same for sugar my lutino when she got ill, and that was down to heavy metal poisoning which is curred with an antidote. It might be worth mentioning to your vet, as I know from your previous posts Ica is a bit of a chewer.

RIP my little Ica I live in Glossop, nr Manchester My name is Tracey	Hello Ica update: Firstly, after you post Kevin about lead poisoning i double checked my door in the front room and found on the other side (which i didn't know he had access to) there was a bit of the decorative lead stuff missing. i phoned the vet immediatly & told him this. The vet said that he had a good night and that he had made good progress and for me to go down with a view to possibly bringing him home. I went down and he had indeed perked up from yesterday somewhat and was eating and seemed a little better - still unable to use his feet properly. the vet said he was confident that i should be able to nurse him and bearing in my the poisoning was going to look up what could be given, but just in case, continue with anitibotics in case was infection. Extremly happy, i drove him home which takes 2 mins in car, the vets is literally at the end of my road, when i put him in the front room facing his cage and started moving things around for him to go back in it he seemed to realise where he was, then he kind of put his head back, then forward, fell off his perch and died. this was about 10 minutes after he had been ok at the vets. It was almost like he'd waited to come home. I and the rest of my family are absolutely devastated, i cannot stop crying. I phoned the vet and he was uspet (they all thought Ica was wonderful) and he offered for me to go down and have a post mortom xray. i have just got back - it showed a mass in his stomach that could be lead..the vet said from the amount no antidote would have worked & that it is possible that the poisoning caused neurological damage resulting in a seizure that killed him. I didn't know he had been on that side of the door - we always had loads of things on the other side to deter him from it. I blame myself and the door the door is going my house doesn't feel like a home anymore Tracey crying crying crying crying crying
