I ADORE turkey sandwiches  We didn't do our own turkey for Thanksgiving this year, so I can't wait for the Christmas turkey. I could write a dissertation on the tastiness of turkey sandwiches...

*sigh*

I think it'll just be me and my folks for Christmas this year, with my brother, his wife, and his son stopping in for a good part of the day. This will be the first Christmas that my little sister won't be home though. :(

It looks like we're going to have our "Jewish" Christmas (even thought we're not Jewish drats ).

Corned beef or pastrami reuben's, potato salad, etc. Much better than turkey in my opinion nodding

'Course, I'm meatless so I'll have fake pastrami on mine 2.gif giggle giggle

It's not Christmas dinner, it's what we are having on Christmas Eve when we open our presents.

It's different for some of us Yanks, Kev. We just had what's like a Christmas dinner three weeks ago on Thanksgiving, so we want something different nodding
