Hello wave welcome to the forum. How old are your Parrotlets and why do they have a breeding box  Ae they a breeding pair or a young Parrotlets?. If they are young I would take out the breeders box. I have a pair of parotlets too and the female is friendly but the male is still leary of me. I have started just opening there cage and letting them have a lot of out of cage time. I do see some improvement in my male but the female is more tame.
