Bird does not have wings clipped, flew from Carriage Lane in Burnsville. Answers to the name "Poy". He is a sparrow sized bird that is all green with blue behind his eyes and on his wings. There is an ankle bracelet on his right ankle. He is a hand tame bird and will most likely fly to you once he gets hungry. A good reward will be offered if found. I little mistake can mean a tragic ending to your baby.
