Newbie Posts: 20 Group: Full Members Member #3,104 Joined: July 3, 2009 How many Parrotlets do you have 1 What types Pacific, female What colours Green Other Birds ? 1 parrotlet, 1 cockatiel, 1 bourkes parakeet, 6 budgies, 3 green cheek conures, 1 senegal, 2 zebra f I live in Northwest USA My name is SpecialK	We found Sweetpea at our favorite bird store today, and we just went to get out of the heat and pick up millet. She is 9 months old and recently returned to this store by a family who was unable to care for her. She is our second second chance bird from there. We recently found a green cheek conure also from a family unable to keep her, Bella is her name. Ok back to Sweetpea. She is a sweet heart. Before I knew her name I had named her Petey! The nice bird lady said it was Sweetpea so I think It was meant to be. We love her already. She let me hold her tonight even though she was afraid. A very brave girl. We also have 8 budgies, 2 males, 6 females! Poor guys are hen pecked! They make a great racket and have so much fun we just enjoy the show. We also are owned by 2 male zebra finches. Poor guys put up with a lot of stuff like budgies climbing all over the outside of their cage. We ALSO have a green cheek who has very badly damaged eyes and is mostly blind, but he just has a great time doing all kinds of things like chewing up his toys and talking and climbing and he loves to be made into a birdie burrito with a washcloth and then he takes a nap! He is very tame from the good folks at the store loving him and carrying him around till we fell for him and took him home. He does see well enough to attack the fish tank trying to catch goldfish!
