It will in the end but I would leave it as is for a few days, if you take it away she might lay again which is not something that you want if they are young. Parrotlets do not sit on their eggs as soon as they are laid they normally wait untill the second is laid which might be in two days time. Even if they are early 09 birds they are really still too young, some will raise chicks at this age but its not recommend. 09 is just the year I am guessing although it could relate to anything as there are no laws to say that a bird has to be ringed and what must be on the ring. If you can see the ring what else is on it ? |
