 One way Andy got Boo to take a bath is to take her to the bathroom sink, cup his hands and let the water run like a trickle. Eventually, she got interested and now actually sits in his hands and soaks! She gets absolutely drenched. This might work, but don't expect instant results :)

Spike bathes in his water dish and seems to enjoy that, Pesto hates water, so they're all different!
