Zippi & Drummer Cockatiels I live in Wales uk My name is Jan	Ohhhhhhhhhh Gail he looks fabulous.... My Zippi plucks all winter... he still hasnt many feathers... only a few long ones in his tail and a couple of wing ones left.... he also stops in the summer months...I wonder why? As yet he looks awful drats
