This isn't the first time someone has posted about mirrors and aggression. Sounds like no good can come from putting a mirror in a Parrotlet's cage! :( Cricket has never had a mirror in his cage and I never put any "reflective" toys in his cage either for this very reason. The only advice I can give you is to be very patient with him. He probably feels like you took his "mate" away from him and it will take time for him to get over it. Be gentle but firm with him and try not to let him think he is getting the uppper hand with you. Good luck!! :) |
