I'm not sure about them showing signs of wanting something back in their cage or not. May be someone else here has had that experience. I feed Cricket ...green beans, lima beans, carrots, peas, corn, sweet and white potatoes and basically any veges we have for dinner. And you can tell if they like the stroking...trust me you can tell!! lol!
