If you remember a few weeks back Kermit and Coco got into a fight, Coco starting it, and Kermit giving him a pretty nasty bite on the wing, drawing a lot of blood. Well last night Kermit was in his cage and Sheila was out, she climbed over to his cage and he bit her thru the bars... this was the result. It could have been a LOT worse! She took off flying and crashed into the mirror after he bit her, then took off again into the bathroom crashing into that mirror. Lets just say when I scooped her up, she was a bit dazed! This was the most snuggles I got from her since the nest box was removed! anyway... bite mark... Posted Image Posted Image Right now the green cheeks cage is next to Kermits, sharing a FSL. I think I will be ordering a new FSL fixture and then moving him to the other wall across from where they are now. I'll have to move the my bakers rack to the kitchen, but thats ok! She is very lucky all he got ahold of was feathers, she didn't bleed at all. Too close for comfort though!
